    I booked a photo shoot Tour on Viator for a certain time. They called but I missed it, so they texted and said they didn't have that time and asked could I come at 8am. I didn't want to but agreed. Then they told me the shoot wasn't for the 2 hours listed and that it was only for 1 hour. I told them I would be Ubering into the city and they offered to Uber be for the same price. I didn't feel comfortable, so I declined and did I'd just get here and we'd use the time we had. Got the booking reminder still for the old time. So I reached out again and was told "yeah, I couldn't change the time." Texted them that I was in route... that I was here early! GHOSTED! Long story short, I've done these other places so, was hoping this one would go okay. IT DID NOT! They are scammers! DO NOT USE THEM. They should not be allowed to be on any of these sites. Now they're saying they "over sold" their tour. Yeah right. There's no reason not to respond or just tell me last night before you practically ruining me one day for sightseeing. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
