Great way to see the city, however, we were wanting to use the fishing option and found out it is not available. Fishing was one of the main reasons we purchased the pass. Do not expect all activities to be available.

This pass was really useful, and great value for money. It meant I was able to do much more on my trip to San Francisco than I would have otherwise. It was really easy to use, and the app is helpful.
However, the T&C's say that you can use it for each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass, so if you don't finish something, you can go back. However, it turns out this is not true for the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour. If I had known this before, I might have done things differently. You can buy an additional day for $15, but only for the day after you redeemed your Go City card. Eventually I did manage to sort something out with the bus company, but I was disappointed that this wasn't clear on the website, and it did make the pass slightly less good value for money.

Terrible! On the first day using the app it said that it was expired! Still waiting to get my refund!

I was denied access to a number of locations that claimed my voucher was invalid or I needed to show them 2 voucher even though my voucher said 2 people. Not happy at all and had no way of contacting someone to resolve the matter.

We was only able to enjoy the big bus because none of the other vendors accepted our tickets. The blue and gold tour would only let one of us go. Totally disappointed

Great deal!!! Took my 2 teen granddaughters and we were able to see tons of things on our two day pass.
A wonderful travel experience offered by this Card. I find this was the best of Go Cards from most other cities like Chicago and Washington DC. You need to plan to what ll you can do it in one day and start early. worth the money spent.

I spent a week in the city and having this card gave me many options. Definitely will pick up a Go Card when they are available in other cities I visit.
Really enjoyed our trip to San Francisco. Used the Go Card to get around. It was really easy to go on and off them so we could explore the town. The buses were on time, drivers were helpful and always gave us good advice. Would recommend using the Go San Francisco Card to anybody.
Very good value for money. You need to do a little homework in advance to make the maximum of this card. Some attractions may be closed on certain days so will have to carefully plan ahead to decide on you schedules.

The only thing we received with this supposed Go San Francisco Card was a small piece of paper that stated we were able to use the Hop on Hop Off Big Bus tour. We never received any type of card when we went to get our bus voucher. Nothing was stated on the pass except that it was good for 48 hours. We never received any type of map or anything either. I would recommend just going to one of the tour bus places and buying direct from them since it is cheaper. The bus tour was good and informational but the extra money spent on this card was a complete waste of money.
Lots of varied activities to do during our stay in San Francisco. Highly recommend this card. Muir Woods and Wine country trip was awesome.

The tour was good but the bus was delayed so we couldn't jump off and visit anything without having to ride a city bus back. When buying the ticket it would have been nice to know what sites were included in the downtown tour. I ended up having to upgrade.

Purchased a 2 day card and on day one used card for the hop on/off bus to take us right round the city and then to go to places of particular interest. Day two went on wine tour to Sonoma/Napa which was great and arrived back just in time for a quick wander round Madame Tussaud's. If you book a wine tour separately it costs as much as the 2 day card, so great value. You're really getting all the other attractions for free!
Was disappointed that we needed to go down to the embarkadero physically to pick up the voucher and not sent to the hotel. we arrived early at 9am and had to go down a little earlier than we wanted to the wharf area. other than that, was very good value, took one cruise, Cal academy and all the smaller museums ripleys and wax museum at the wharf area. next day we did the hop on hop off bus tour which rounded out a good trip

Didn't use all the vouchers available but was still worth the purchase cost.
Purchased a 2 day card - needed more time to get the value from the card. The attractions we were able to visit or access were excellent.
Purchased thru Viator HUGE mistake. Paper voucher reqd so had 2 find place to print then only 2 locations to redeem which was not convenient and took us off path of a desired tour which we ultimately missed. The value was good but hassle not worth it at all. Details were not provided up front.
This was awesome We got the 3 day card and used it everyday and saved a ton of money with everything we did
