These tours really come down to the tour guide. The first guide we had was OK, he tried. We got off on a stop and the next guide we had was amazing! She was so funny and charismatic! I like these tours for their flexibility!

Ripped off and short-changed on 2/27-28.- The driver skipped driving through both the Persidio and Golden Gate Park to save time they were behind schedule. When asked why, he stated: we're driving next to them meaning, we took a faster route on the adjacent streets and bypassed the center to get back on schedule. By the way, they were behind schedule because the previous driver did not fill the bus up with gas the night before.
