Terrible service and lack of clarity during the purchase phase. They first had me complete the purchase and therefore the payment, only to then receive an email in which they informed me that they would have to hear from the local agencies before issuing the tickets, too bad that they had already withheld the money for a tour the next day, all with a 50% increase in ticket prices.
