Amazing views. 6 people plus pilot on the helo. Felt very safe, pilot was a great guide of the island.
Flight was canceled after we had waited an hour. They said due to weather conditions and also stated all tours for the next few days would likely be canceled. We saw multiple other agencies doing tours still that day and the next in clear conditions.

The pilot was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the tour. My biggest complaint is the size and number of passengers crammed into such a small space. If you are sitting in the front you get a very good view. If you are sitting in the back with 3 other passengers I would consider watching a video of the flight over the very uncomfortable seating and viewing arrangements. You can't see out the front because the people are in the way and the side doors and small viewing area out the sides leaves little to be desired. This was not our first helicopter tour. We have been all over the world in many helicopters, but this by far was the worst.
I probably would never have bothered to right this review but for the lack of communication from the company. Twice I messaged them about how many people were on the helicopter and did everyone have a window seat. Never received an answer. After the flight I showed them the messages which by the way were part of the thread of messages that they send regarding arrival time and directions. The response was we must have missed it and offered me a thumb drive of the flight. Pretty dame insulting. It was one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing hours I have spent in a long time. I am an avid photographer and had I known what the situation was going to be I would have definitely looked elsewhere. They need to be more upfront with the information given to there customers.

Amazing views of the island! Not as scary as I thought it would be. Enjoyed the pilot’s narration of the scenery. And front desk staff were great.
Helicopter sat 2 in front and 4 in the rear. There was some glare at times off our arms and legs - wearing darker clothing helps reduce this.

We loved seeing the island’s incredible waterfalls, the Garden of the Gods, and the spectacular coastline from such a unique perspective. The must surreal, amazing experience my husband and I have ever had! My kids ages 8,9, and 12 were also in awe! Seeing the views from above was breathtaking, and the music going along with everything really pushed it over the top! Our guide was incredible and pointed out everything my kids were interested in from the Jurassic park waterfall, to where Captain Jack runs for his life, as well as answered all of the questions my husband and I asked. Everyone was so friendly and we would DEFINITELY book again. Worth every penny!

The helicopter tour was incredible. I was in the front row of seats on the helicopter and immediately from liftoff the views were unbelievable. The whole island was stunning and the photos I took did not do it a justice. If you are going to do anything in Kauai I would recommend the helicopter tour. I felt safe during the entire ride. The pilot did a good job keeping a calm atmosphere by letting us know when to expect bumpiness from windy areas and by playing calming music during the flight when no one was speaking

6 people on a ride was a little crowded and inhibited some views for those in the middle. I’d recommend one for 4 or 2. The sites were beautiful!

What a ride! Had a great view of Kauai with the Safari helicopter ride and our pilot Aiden! The hour-long ride “flew by” with views of stunning waterfalls, the Na’poli coast, small towns and villages, plus helpful info about this beautiful island. Definitely worth the money and time.

I can't say how Safari compares to others, but we were extremely pleased. We felt safe, had a wonderful visual of the island including a dip into the volcanic crater where many waterfalls were streaming down. Kauai is one of those places that a helicopter is necessary to really see all the splendor. There were so many waterfalls to see. My advice - as the weather changes quickly, don't pay attention to weather reports. Trust in Safari to give you the best tour weather allows.

A very unexpected disappointment. Those sitting in the right half of the helicopter got the majority of the spectacular views and photo/video ops. From behind the pilot, nearly every video and picture taken out the left windows has his khaki pants reflecting😟 Before leaving the office for the helicopter , the office made a special point of asking 2 of our riders to change into dark clothing just for that reason…🤷🏻♀️ Kauai is raw and beautiful, wish we had asked the pilot to turn back to give us the same vantage point of the Napali coastline

Great experience. Smooth flight even the “first timers” were comfortable. The only downside side for me was the office where you sign in and watch the mandatory safety video. They had numerous reed diffusers in the small space and the scent (s) were overwhelming to someone like myself who is sensitive to chemical fragrances.

They never even asked for my ticket or ID. They made us watch a safety video. I got to sit in the back left side. They offer lockers no sweaters hoodies tied around your waist. No personal items except cell phone or camera. They drive you to the landing. The pilot was James was full of information. And I could hardly believe it we had already gone to four beaches before flying and we flew over all of them. Also we did the Napali coast sail with Holo Holo charters and having seen it from land first than air was soo exciting!! Saw LOTS of waterfalls

We had an amazing time! The views are amazing and all the employees were super friendly. They didn't love that we asked to switch seats so if you have people in the group who want to sit somewhere specific ask as soon as you get there

This is not only for safety but to be fair to all on aboard who also request seats. Once a weight and balance is generated and filed for the pilot we can't make changes. So ... We had to cancel our flight due to a refueling issue. However, the staff quickly rescheduled another flight during our stay on the island. The staff were professional and friendly. The rescheduled flight ended up being in our favor since the weather was perfect. The pilot did an excellent job making sure everyone was comfortable and gave us a great tour of the island. Highly recommend.
