Booking was very easy, directions and communications were very clear. We went on the afternoon trip and saw a group of dolphins and many whales. The crew was amazing and good very good also. You can’t bring your shoes so plan on being barefoot. You only get wet if you want to. Would recommend bringing a jacket and taking motion sickness meds just in case.

Spend an unforgettable evening basking in the splendor of Kauai’s Na Pali Coast, which stretches 16 miles (26 km) along Kauai’s northwestern shore. Meet your captain and crew at Port Allen in the afternoon, and climb aboard a 60-foot (18-meter) luxury catamaran. Spread out on the spacious boat and move freely among an open-air sundeck, shaded cabin or upstairs observation deck.

Learn about the geologic history and ancient legends of Na Pali as you cruise past jagged peaks that rise up as high as 3,000 feet (915 meters). See pristine, white sand beaches and the valleys where young Hawaiian warriors once proved their bravery. Keep an eye out for local marine life swimming by, such as dolphins, sea turtles, and whales.

As the sun falls toward the horizon, savor a 3-course dinner of fresh, island-inspired cuisine. (See Itinerary for sample menu.) Top it off with unlimited beer, wine, tropical mai tais and soft drinks throughout the cruise. Watch the scenery change with the light as the ocean and cliffs become tinted with the warm glow of sunset.

At the end of your cruise, disembark back at Port Allen and continue enjoying the rest of a magical Kauai night on your own.

We had such a wonderful experience on our Napoli Coast boat ride! The captain and crew were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but what stood out most was how amazing they were with my son. Each crew member took time to check in with him and make sure he was having a great time. Their kindness and attention made the trip so memorable for us. The views were breathtaking, but the care and warmth from the crew truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic trip. Got amazing views of the coast. Great stories and history from the captain. Saw picture perfect rainbows and whales. It is definitely a ride you get wet on, so dress/prepare accordingly 😉 but it was very worth it! There is an indoor area, though, so you can get to a safer place if water rides aren't your thing. If you are prone to motion sickness take something ahead of time as the water can be choppy.

The weather was terrible. It rained for hours and poured right before we were to board the ship. We were allowed to cancel our trip, even though the boat went out. The conditions were awful. We appreciate this company giving us the opportunity to opt out and not charge us when the conditions were so poor.

Where to begin! So perfect. Amazing animal visits and scenery. We got to see many dolphins, whales and birds. Captain Kauai and team were so attentive and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we got a great history lesson, kept drinks in hand and took pictures for us! The Nepali Coast looked unreal. The other waterfalls and cliffs were a bonus. We did get pretty wet and wish we wore quick drying clothes. Recommend bringing a second pair of clothes. Overall worth it all.

Best crew and stunning coastline

Of course the Napali coast line was stunning. Of course seeing a pack of 7 or so humpback whales was magical. Of course watching dolphins play alongside our boat was fun. But without our fantastic crew (Gary, Dawn and Carlton), our experience would have felt less than right. They were in constant vigilance of our safety and ensured we were hydrated and fed. Someone on our tour wasn’t feeling well and they took the time to make sure their guest was ok before the tour continued. We had just arrived Kauai from Los Angeles the day before on a 6-hour flight so a 5.5 hour boat tour for me was just too long but not for the aquarius husband. The ride was rough in some areas but being able to experience the coastline made the roughness bearable. We got fairly wet but luckily we wore clothes that dried quickly

My wife and I had an amazing time on the Lucky Lady Na Pali sunset cruise. It was such a beautiful way to experience the coastline. Seeing the entire Na Pali Coast from the water was absolutely stunning. The boat cruise felt relaxed but still adventurous (with some big waves), and being out on the ocean added a completely different perspective compared to seeing it from land or air. The crew was fantastic — extremely friendly, attentive, and fun throughout the trip. They made excellent drinks, kept the atmosphere upbeat, and even took great photos for guests, which we really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel easy and special. The taco dinner was also surprisingly very good — fresh, flavorful, and more than we expected for a boat cruise meal. Overall, we would definitely recommend this activity to anyone visiting Kauai. It was a memorable, beautiful evening and a perfect way to take in the Na Pali Coast.

Such an amazing cruise! The (all female) crew were amazing, keeping us safe, bringing us drinks, and taking our pictures. Super friendly. We saw a ton of glorious whale activity and the coast is something engine should see, so beautiful! The dinner was a tasty taco bar, before friendly as a plus.

Napoli Coast a must see in Kauai

The crew of the Lucky Lady made this a great experience. Alyssa the captain was knowledgeable and fun. A good driver. I read many reviews about sea sickness. We were lucky and had a sunny calm day in February However even though the weather was great it was very rocky on the way back and Dramamine is advised. The crew were fabulous and we had everything we could need. We must have seen at least 10 humpbacks with three sets of mamma and baby. The Na pali Coast is one of the most spectacular sights you will ever see on this earth and far out weighs any tummy ache. we loved Chad one of the crew. Even when it was rocky staff would help you up and down the sta. The food and drinks were good too. Yummy taco bar. Lastly you end the day with a stunnsunset on the water. Several humpbacks were slapping their tails as we went by.

It is a wonderful experience and the beauty of the coast is breathtaking. We did have a very windy day so made it challenging for a few people. Yet the captain and crew did everything they could to help people thru ruff waters. The crew are knowledgeable and we had a great captain Alisha.

I had a good time and we saw some truly awesome stuff on this cruise - the cliffs themselves, whales, dolphins, etc… I’m rating this because I want to make sure that everyone taking this tour in the winter is prepared for rough seas. If you are looking for a super relaxing and easy cruise, do not sail around Na Pali in the winter! A number of people on our boat were sea sick. The Captain warned us before we left and she was not kidding! The crew was incredibly helpful throughout the cruise as well. Just be warned that this is a potential rough outing.

We got to see a lot of the coast of Kauai. It had amazing views of the beaches you cannot see from the land. We were greeted by dolphins on our way back to port and saw whale tales a few times. The crew were very attentive, helping whenever you needed something. All in all it was a beautiful cruise. Definitely recommend!

Our captain Dawn and her crew did an amazing job with this tour. She gave excellent direction before we set off, introduced the crew, and let us know what to expect on the tour. During the tour she pointed out landmarks and historic sites, along with detailed narration. The crew was very attentive to the needs of the passengers, providing drinks, snacks, offering to take pictures and carry plates and drinks during the rough patches. The Nāpali Coast was beautiful and Dawn made sure to let us know exactly where on the island we were. She maneuvered the boat excellently navigating the waves as well as anyone. Unfortunately it was overcast so we did not see a sunset. There was a little rain but it was light and ended quickly. Chance you take when you go in February. Regardless, I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. Thank you all for the great experience!

Bring a raincoat and plenty of sunscreen. It will get bumpy so it helps if you take seasickness pills ahead of time. but absolutely beautiful, breathtaking views, and an amazing crew makes this the perfect excursion..
