Experiencing a Na Pali Sunset from the water is an unforgettable way to take in Kauai’s breathtaking coastline. - Passenger Policy
- 1. This is an adventure. Ocean conditions vary and may be rough. Participation may not be suitable for everyone; boarding of physically challenged individuals is at the captain’s discretion.
- 2. Not recommended for guests with back, neck, knee, hip, or other joint problems, chronic pain, recent injuries or surgeries, or severe motion sickness. No refunds for seasickness; prevention is best with over-the-counter remedies.
- 3. No expectant mothers.
- 4. Children must be 5 years or older.
- 5. Routes, destinations, and snorkeling are subject to change without notice due to weather and ocean conditions.
- 6. Cancelled tours are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
- 7. “No shows” or any cancellation within 24-hours of check-in time is subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.
- 8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
- 9. Mobility aids such as canes, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. are not allowed on board.
- 10. We do not land on shore.
- 11. Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.
- 12. Full-face snorkel masks are prohibited. Only traditional two-piece masks and snorkels may be used. For safety, please avoid snorkeling within 24 hours after arriving from a flight over 5 hours
- 13. If you do not have your daily or prescribed medication with you, i.e. inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication, you must reschedule your tour for another day.
- 14. No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
- 15. You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket and camera. We will provide everything else.
- 16. All tours are barefoot. Shoes must be removed before boarding, with orthopedic/diabetic exceptions at the captain’s discretion.
- 17. Per our liquor license, guests may not bring alcohol. IDs are required for age verification. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol is served only after snorkeling on applicable tours.
- 18. No coolers or drones/unmanned aircraft are allowed on-board.
- 19. Spray/aerosol sunscreens are prohibited as a safety hazard. Please use reef-friendly lotion sunscreens instead.
- 20. Marine toilets clog easily. Only flush human waste and the toilet paper provided.
- 21. Please use the designated gravel parking lot.
- 22. All complaints of harassment or assault, and any suspected illegal activity, will be reported to the proper authorities.
- 23. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet health, safety, or policy requirements.
- As a company that puts sustainability at the forefront of goals, we request you bring your own reusable water bottle with you on tour.
- Child rates apply to ages 5-12, and adult rates apply to ages 13 and above.
- No expectant mothers are permitted to join the tour

Captain Jess was absolutely fantastic! She navigated the boat with impressive skill, making the ride incredibly smooth. Her commentary on the Na Pali coastline was not only informative but also really engaging. As a bonus, she took us a little further out since the ocean was calm that day, which was a lovely surprise. It was a truly joyful ride and an experience I'd highly recommend!

The weather was perfect for a cruise and the captain and crew were great. Great views of the cliffs, and we saw spinner and bottle nose dolphins, humpback whatlles, and goats residing on the cliffs. The sunset was beautiful as well.

What an incredible experience to see the magnificent coastline of Kauai. The crew members were excellent - attentive, helpful, kind, efficient, and friendly. The captain was awesome as well. But the views and sights outshined it all. A spectacular excursion. Food and drink were very good too.

Fantastic trip. The voyage and crew were amazing and very accommodating. Only complaint would be that the floor of the catamaran is very rough on feet. Other than that everything was awesome.

The Napali coast is just breathtaking and something that you cannot miss when visiting Kauai. The boat was very comfortable and the crew was amazing! They had snacks and drinks and a full dinner and all were really good! The captain was stellar and made sure to give everyone time to see the sites and take photos. As a bonus we also saw a whale, which just made this trip even more special. I highly recommend Hola Hola, from beginning to end this trip was flawless!

Amazing and very much worth it. We loved the views and how close we got to the coast and even went in a cave. The food was great and we were so impressed with the crew. They served us the entire time. It was a little rough coming back with the waves but I guess that is expected

Great experience friendly diligent crew. Dinner is served cold and you mostly have to hold your plate on your lap. There are a few tables for the lucky ones. The views are spectacular.

This was an amazing trip. The waters were a bit rough going out but the “Heat Run” of about 5 whales made up for it. We were able to see several whales breaching. The crew was amazing, the views were awesome and the dinner was fantastic. I would highly recommend this boat and tour to anyone going. It was a highlight of our vacation.

Really friendly and professional organization! Swells were high (10-14 ft) and they offered reschedules and refunds in advance. We went for it and had some Dramamine, just in case. Saw so many whales that they had to stop stopping for them! Absolutely wonderful experience and pleasantly surprised by the food!

Our boat captain was Nate, his crew were John, Chelsea and Jasmine. They did a fantastic job. Nate gave us a great history of the island and of the chain of islands that make up Hawaii. The crew was also knowledgeable, sharing information of what we were able to see as we toured the coast. We were fortunate to spot a couple whales and they made sure that we all had the chance to view them. Our family had a great time!

What a spectacular experience! Terrific crew of ladies (Captain was Jess), great boat, good dinner (pretty basic but what you need on the choppy seas) and the scenic coast- just wow!!! Also saw many whales and a spirited pod of bottle nose dolphins came right up to the boat- amazing!! Beautiful sunset and moonrise as well!

Captain K, Mason, and Selma were so informative and attentive! We left around 2:15pm. Made it to the end of the coast around 4:30pm and were back by 6:30pm! Saw so many whales and the dinner was DELISH. The water was rough. I must say. People were getting sea sick, so take Dramamine and hold onto something! Front of the boat gets SOAKED so if you’re into the splash zone kinda adventure, this is it. If you sit inside you won’t get wet. They had snacks around 3:30pm and desert at 6pm! It was awesome. Definitely recommend for seeing the coast.

This is not for people with any level of motion sickness. I do not have any, so it was FABULOUS!! You have options of where to sit if you want to get wet, or not. The crew were UNBELIEVABLY awesome and accommodating. Captain K, Jayce, and Mason at Holo Holo Charters were very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny!! The food and drinks were really good.

K’Koa and crew (Noah and Leah) were wonderful! Excellent food, music choices were perfect, and we learned a lot without it being cheesy or dry. When a medical emergency happened on our trip, they were very knowledgeable and professional in how they handled everything. Our teenagers and my MIL enjoyed it immensely- so so beautiful! Bonus- we even got to see humpback whales! Noah graciously offered to take pictures of our family group, and when a couple family members were a little queasy, offered solutions and to go boxes for dinner. Would recommend to everyone!
