Great magic and comedy

It's a small intimate experience of 20 to 40 people in the audience rather than a large stage with hundreds of audience members. This makes it a great experience and very interactive. Great magic and comedy. My partner and I loved it even though we were exhausted from our other activities all day, it was that entertaining that it gave us a second wind.

Expensive but worth it!!!

If you want to see the highlights of the big island, this tour is the one to go on. I do wish that our tour guide spoke about the Island more but in his defense there were a lot of sleepyheads on our van that he probably didn’t want to disturb. This day trip was expensive but totally worth it. Not often do you get to see an active volcano.

They were extremely...

They were extremely friendly and willing to do anything you asked! They always asked you if you wanted pictures and took as many as you wanted. They took my daughter out to kayak and paddle board which I took great pictures of. They also sung happy birthday to my daughter without even being asked to which made the experience all the more unique and unforgettable. I’ve been in a few snorkeling expeditions but this is by far the best! Everyone on board was so kind and friendly.

AKA - the best tour guide

Its a little bit of everything. I planned on this so we would know which one to come back to. We love our tour guide AKA and our driver. We were in bus 609. I think AKA never rested for the whole duration/ trip - how I wish I have his energy. The tour was very interactive and very educational. Would highly recommend AKA! Cheers! Mahalo!

Thoroughly enjoyed!

Not exactly as anticipated, but very pleasantly surprised! I wanted a luau to round out our Hawaiian adventure, but also wanted a VIP experience and not get caughy up in crowds. The Green Room option at Rock a Hulu fit the bill! Backstage tour and photos, champagne, behind the scenes backstories made the dinner and show next level. Becky was fantastic and made us feel welcome and special. The food was surprisingly good. The dancers and servers at dinner were so pleasant and added to the enjoyment. The show was a nice mix of traditional Hawaiian, Elvis, MJ and capped off with the fire twirler! The dance company and singers were very talented as well. Is it something I’d do again and again? No. But, I’d absolutely make the same decision to go see it. Splurge for the Green Room option…worth the extras! Oh, and the orchid leis. Beautiful!

Great 6 hour tour!!

This 6 hour shuttle tour was great, Victor, our driver/tour giude, was great! I feel that all of the stop times, with the exception of Haleiwa town, was appropriate. We started with a coffee farm which to me was a super smart first stop, as our tour started in the morning, so we were able to get coffee, which by the way was DELICIOUS, and grab some bags of coffee to take go. The second stop was the Dole Plantation, and Victor gave us some tips ahead of time which did come in handy (like start with getting tickets to the train ride and/or maze and start with those since they take some time, and then do your souvenir shopping and Dole whip tasting after. We had 2 hours here and it was perfect. Next stop was a short 15-20 mins at macadamia nut farm, which was perfect amount of time to do some free sampling of different flavored macadamia nuts, and then buy some if you wanted to. Then onto the last stop which was Haleiwa town. You are free to do whatever you like for 2 hours (we used the restroom, walked around some and ate. We highly suggest Konos for food!!)We did feel it was maybe a little too much time here. Other than that, it was fantastic, we highly recommend!! The tour bus was air conditioned and comfortable also.

Our tour guide Papa P...

Our tour guide Papa P with Aloha Sunshine Tours did an excellent job and give us the 5 star treatment. It was a full day of activities and no time was wasted. Very well coordinated by Papa P. We learned a lot at the USS Arizona Memorial and the Polynesian Cultural Center.
