We had the best time with Lono! My 13 year olds asked a ton of questions and learned so much about the island of Oahu and the culture. The food stops were delicious, and despite it being one day post hurricaine, we were able to make the best of each spot. I felt like we saw so many parts of the island, each with a different feel, and it was spectacular.

Uncle D was incredible!...

Uncle D was incredible! This was the best tour ever. Uncle D was fun and very knowledgeable! I learned so much about the culture and the island! Uncle D sang a very moving song at the end and was very interactive during the tour! Uncle D don’t stop being you! You made me feel so special as this was part of a birthday celebration!

Great tour with lots of information and sights

John H did a wonderful job sharing his vast knowledge and keeping us on track. John J was a fabulous driver! Time at the falls could be a little longer as it’s a beautiful park. Time at the beach (near Jurassic Park area) could be shorter as well as the fruit stand. But overall a wonderful tour. Power was out at Dole plantation, but John had a backup that worked well.

We had the best time with Marlon! He was very informative and made the trip so much more entertaining and enjoyable. Although some sites were closed secondary to recent hurricane, Marlon was determined for us to have the best time and went above and beyond to ensure we got the Oahu experience! Loved having a tour guide who is so dedicated to his culture and upbringing on the island.

A Great Island Tour!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on this island tour! Ryan was an exceptional tour guide. He was friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about Hawaiian history, culture, and the island. His insight and stories added so much to every stop and made the entire experience feel much more meaningful than simply sightseeing. I especially loved the small-group format. It made the tour feel relaxed and personal. We were able to really enjoy the scenery, ask questions, and learn so much along the way. This was a fantastic way to experience the island and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Ryan made an already beautiful tour even better. I would highly recommend this tour and if you’re lucky enough to have Ryan as your guide, you’re in for a great day!

This tour was very good best way to see the island the only thing is I wish I knew you do not have a lot of time at each stop to do activities like ride the train at dole plantation. I would recommend this tour to others but the only thing was our tour guide was a little negative

We had an incredible time! It was the perfect way to experience so much of the island in a single day without ever feeling rushed. Every stop was beautiful, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned with a great mix of breathtaking scenery, local highlights, and Hawaiian history and culture. Our driver, Akua was outstanding. He kept the ride smooth and safe while making everyone feel comfortable throughout the day. Our guide, Kathleen, was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and shared fascinating stories about Hawaii’s history, culture, and traditions. Best of all, she and Akua were hilarious! Their jokes, friendly banter, and great sense of humor kept everyone laughing and made the long drive fly by. Together, Akua and Kathleen made an amazing team. Their professionalism, warmth, knowledge, and genuine aloha spirit turned a great tour into an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for the best way to see Oahu, I highly recommend this tour. If you’re lucky enough to get Akua and Kathleen, you’re in for an amazing day!

Big Jon was a wonderful...

Big Jon was a wonderful tour guide. Could have done without the temple stop, not worth our time or interest. Great lunch at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Thoroughly enjoyed Wiamia Falls, plenty of time for a swim at the falls and enjoy the flowers from around the world. Not enough time to enjoy Pineapple Plantation. Big Jon did a wonderful jo of ohana.

Fantastic tour

Darcy, our tour guide was great! As a local, he was so informative. Not only did we learn about the history, culture and facts of the various sites, he sprinkled personal anecdotes throughout. What he referred to as “useless information” really gave our tour a personal touch and we learned so much! Darcy was also very attentive to everyone’s needs. Between health issues and food allergies he made sure we were all safe and comfortable. We highly recommend the tour and our guide Darcy

Amazing Experience!

Emily was a phenomenal guide! She shared her knowledge of the island and she taught us some island history, overall the tour was a calm and comfortable experience (Emily also takes amazing photos!) The views are absolutely breathtaking. From the beaches, mountains, the stunning hike up the waterfall, to the incredible lookout points of the ocean, and it was perfect to end the day with delicious malassada’s from Leonards. Would definitely book the tour again!

Great driver/guide but bus needs an upgrade

Took this tour with Rob C as the tour guide and bus driver on 5-30 for the Circle of Oahu tour and he was quite funny and helpful with reccomendations for those visiting the first time. The stops were a bit short but that's expected when covering such a large area, stopped for lunch and he helped with the orders and so that we avoid the wait time. Also stopped at plenty of local shops for souvenirs and snacks. The one thing I'd like to pinpoint to the tour company is the bus: please see if it can be upgraded or a new one can be purchased as it was pretty old and the AC kept on stopping working for those in the back which did damp the experience somewhat. Hope this will be done for the sake of future visitors.

If you don’t want to...

If you don’t want to drive to the Waimea valley and still want to see the botanical garden and/or swim at the Waimea fall (water conditions permitting), this tour might be a good option for you. In addition, you will have a chance to stop by a few local spots for a short ocean view break or for some local food. And the tour guide Ian was great. I also liked the short clips they showed on the bus regarding the Polynesian culture.
