Definitely a great day. Cousin Darcy was charming and friendly. Lots of great island anecdotes. Make sure to confirm where you will be picked up. Donuts! Coffee! Dole pineapple whip!!! Some places do not take cash so have a card or Apple Pay ready. Great lunch plate (the spicy #3 shrimp is NO JOKE spicy… you are warned) Great trip for the driver in your group so you get a chance to view the island. Snorkeling spot was very muddy from recent rain but driver told us of alternate spots we could try on our own. And hiking trails. And beaches. Take notes for sites that are suggested that you’d like to revisit at your own pace.

This was, without a doubt, the best tour I've ever been on! It was my second time visiting Oahu, but my boyfriend's first, and this ended up being the highlight of our entire trip. Even though I'd been to the island before, Justin shared so much about Hawaiian history, culture, and the significance of each place we visited that I learned a ton. You can tell he's genuinely passionate about what he does, and that made the experience so much more meaningful. He picked us up from our hotel right on time, and from the moment we got on the shuttle, he made everyone feel welcome. One of our favorite parts was getting to see sea turtles in the wild and trying delicious local food from Hawaiian vendors that we probably never would have found on our own. Throughout the day, Justin taught us Hawaiian words and their meanings, shared authentic stories, and explained the cultural importance behind many of the places we stopped. It never felt like someone was just reading from a script, it felt like we were learning from someone who truly loves and respects the island. The entire day was incredibly well organized, relaxing, and fun. We left with a much deeper appreciation for Oahu and Hawaiian culture than we had before. From pick-up to the last stop on the tour was seamless. This was our first time on Oahu, so we wanted to see some of the well-known attractions on the island. This did not disappoint! Allen was our driver for the day, and he was great! He provided knowledge about history and the culture of the island. Don’t think about it, book it! You won’t regret it!
