Meet your experienced pilot-guide and climb aboard the GA8 Airvan, a small plane specially designed for observation with large bubble windows, high wings, and slower cruising speed. The aircraft seats up to six passengers for an intimate, small-group experience. Put on a pair of noise-canceling headphones with a 2-way intercom so you can communicate with the pilot and hear narration about the sights below.

I was tentative because I’m afraid of heights. Almost chickened out, but thank goodness I didn’t. It was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. It was smooth and easy. Marcus was an excellent pilot and guide, the views were stunning. I will cherish this experience always.

Good tour. I thought that being in an airplane the sights would pass by quickly (compared to a helicopter). The flight was smooth & went to places that most helicopters tours don’t go. Marcus’ piloting & narratives were perfect.

Unforgettable Views Over Kauai!
Taking the “Wings Over Kauai” airplane tour was easily one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Seeing the island from that vantage point was absolutely breathtaking—there’s something truly special about experiencing such beauty from above. The views were stunning in every direction, and it gave us a whole new appreciation for the island.
The flight itself was smooth and enjoyable, and our pilot Marcus was
excellent. It was a peaceful, almost surreal experience taking in the scenery from the sky. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kauai—it’s an unforgettable way to see the island.

Kade, our pilot was excellent. A native of the island, he was full of knowledge and history of Kauai. He ensured we were all comfortable and entertained. The route we took covered most of all one would want to see on the island. Seeing it from ~3,000 ft up was awesome. You get to take in vast scenery but you're close enough to see detail.
I highly recommend seeing the island this way.

It was ok experience plane is in bad shape. Seat belt torn so bad felt like it was going to rip off. Seats really uncomfortable and no room I’m 6 feet tall was hitting my head on ceiling. Plane looked like it was older then me very bumpy ride but besides all of that the pilot was ok and was way to see the island of Kauai.

This was a great experience! Our pilot, Travis, was a really cool guy! The airplane ride was the smoothest ride we have ever been on! And Travis’s knowledge of the island was fantastic! The views from the plane were AMAZING! This is a ‘must do’ if you come to Kauai!

What an amazing experience. The only way to explore Kauai. We thought about doing a helicopter but were so pleased to do a small plane tour instead. The beauty and picturesque scenery was inexplicable. Our pilot, Marcus, was great. I felt safe, great pics and good info about the island. Highly recommend.

A unique way to see the island and learn some of its history. Kamaka was a cool calm and knowledgable pilot. Awesome family activity. Added bonus seeing a couple humpbacks from above having a great old time breaching and splashing around! Rainbows everywhere 🌈

This tour was awesome and made especially so by our pilot Cade! As a life-long native of Kauai, Cade had tremendous knowledge of the island and was glad to share it with the passengers on board. I would 100% recommend this tour, especially if you can get Cade as your pilot (and we heard he’s far better than Marcus 😀)!
