Top Kauai Bus Tours

This was a great adventure! The guide, Sabrina, was very knowledgeable about the local customs and sights. The tour was all day and well worth the cost. We were picked up and dropped off at a convenient hotel (was not ours on the north side- but easy to access). It was actually a relief for us not having to drive to the west and south sides of the island. We could enjoy the sights without having to worry about directions or traffic. The tour made additional stops that we likely would not have known about if we had to make the drive on our own. The views of the canyon were amazing, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely recommend this tour for people to participate. It could also be a good activity for a final day on the island where you are trying to do something all day waiting for the red eye flight at the airport. The tour bus will pick up and drop off at the airport.

We did this tour on our first full day in Kauai. We are staying on the north side of the island, so it was a great way to see the south side of the island. Ronnie was our guide and he was great. We learned a lot as he grew up in the area and knew a lot of history and interesting facts. He welcomed all of our questions and made us feel right at home. Now we will know where we want to spend more time during our trip after a great overview of so many great points of interest.

Amazing 5-1/2 hour kayaking and hiking adventure in beautiful Kauai! The plants, trails, water, trees, and waterfall were breathtaking! Our tour guide, Levi, was outstanding. His stories about the culture and land made the tour so interesting. However, his singing and ukulele playing was a tour highlight! Well worth the money!

This was a wonderful excursion for us. Coco was so personable. She was very knowledgeable about the whole area we were traveling. Her van was clean and comfortable. She and her daughter are the only ones that takes the groups around. They both are just precious! When we go back to Kaua'i we will use her company again to learn more about the area. You will not go wrong with Coco!

This excursion on the island of Kaua'i was booked through Viator with Roberts Hawaii Tours. While the large bus was the most modern we were on during our time in Hawaii, and the driver/guide and tour itself were excellent, the meeting instructions given in advance left much to be desired. We were only given the time and an address for the pickup point. We left the ship as soon as we were allowed, after it docked, so we could figure out where the meeting point was, with little luck. Finally I phoned the number provided to get details. Somehow, Roberts Hawaii had been told that the ship would dock an hour later; so pickup would be an hour later. And, the description given to me of whom we were to look for was a bit vague. But, we did eventually connect. Our driver was courteous and very knowledgeable. We first stopped at the Hanapepe Valley Lookout, then at the Spouting Horn blowhole to see the water shooting into the air from the lava tube. We drove up the winding road to the Waimea Canyon State Park Lookout area. It was extremely windy and chilly this particular day, but it was definitely worth the climb and look! Mark Twain called this the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific". While it isn't as massive as the Grand Canyon in Arizona, it is breathtaking and beautiful. We could see a beautiful waterfall across the canyon from the lookout. In the winter, the colors of the canyon are more easily seen as there is less vegetation interfering with views; so we could see reds, browns and greens in the layers.

One of the best experiences so far with Viator. Zane our photographer was excellent, communicated with us about all the details, completely focused on delivering a great experience and fun the whole time. If you want to romanticize your life a little or a lot the Flying Dress Experience is unforgettable! I’m so happy we made a perfect decision for ourselves to live life and capture so many great memories at the beach in stunning photographs!!

Our day was about 8 hrs long but filed with sightseeing, lunch and time for shopping. John , our tour guide, was very experienced and explained everything we were seeing and giving a great history lesson. He was very friendly and concerned with how we were doing at all times. I would highly recommend this tour company!

Took tour while in port on cruise Pride of America. Picked us up right across the street 5-10 minute walk from boat. Saw all the sights we wanted to see, plus a chocolate tasting and hour in surfing town Hanalei Bay to shop and eat. 7:30am - 3:00pm Our tour guide was so fun and knowledgeable about everything!
