I was here for only 24 hours and did a day tour (this one Segway) and a night tour. They both look great but enjoyed this Segway better. Recommend! Crew was fantastic in every way.

It is so much better than walking around DC. We learned a lot of fun and historical facts. You definitely get your money’s worth. Wish they offer complimentary water.

Our gudie was very good with knowledge of Washington.
Very safe and easy to control.
If you are interested in monuments and war remeberance statues, you will like it.
USA is a very your country so most of the buildings are less than 250 years old and they have been refurbished or repaired.

Went with another couple. Had a great time. Way better to get around than walking. Probably would not have been able to all this in one day unless by car. They took us by most popular spots. I like that they had bag on front to put purse and water bottle. It was hot and definitely needed to bring water. They offered water for $2 which is super cheap. Will was a great guide, had a great day with him. He was very knowledgeable, patient, nice, and glad he helped us. Loved riding the Segway. I was the only one out of group that's ever done it before but they provided great instructions and nobody had an issue. Definitely would recommend capital Segway for a different experience

Our tour guide Kyle was very friendly and patient. He was able to weave us all safely and efficiently around all of the construction. He delivered a very informative and enjoyable experience.

This was an amazing experience. Jon did an amazing job teaching us how to properly use the Segway‘s and giving us confidence that we could operate on our own owns. The tour itself was amazing as well. John had us laughing and gave us so much information about each thing that we were seeing. I would highly recommend this to her to anyone who does not have all the time to walk to each location.

Start time should be the actual time required to show up, don’t sneak in a 30 minute requirement to appear before the start time.

Fun, efficient and educational way to see the major monuments in Washington! Don’t be afraid of a Segway… they are super easy to navigate and training is included in your tour! Thomas was a wonderful guide with a continuous dialogue of interesting facts and stories of the buildings and monuments!

Very easy access. We came from the Metro station and it was right around the corner. Met immediately by Brandon who welcomed us as gave us a quick tutorial on the Segway and we were ready to hit the streets! What an incredible way to see so much of the city landmarks and monuments. Was paced very well with chance for a break and water! It’s hot in DC! Good information and history of the city as we went along. Just the right amount of information and time! Brandon was SUPER and would highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant experience and so much fun! We got the hang of the Segways really easily and it was a fantastic way to see Washington DC. Brandon was an excellent guide — friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole tour really enjoyable. We covered loads of the main sights and learned plenty along the way. One of the highlights of our USA trip visiting from Scotland. Highly recommend!

Kyle and Tom were the best! They were patient and kind to us first time and very. Nervous customers. The tour was very interesting and Kyle kept us laughing. By the end of it, I was convinced I could ride a Segway professionally! HA

It would have been more enjoyable if it was maybe a half an hour shorter. We were ready to get off the Segways by that point. Not a lot of stops so you are basically on the Segway the entire time. Definitely recommend doing it once and wearing comfortable shoes

This was a great, extensive and very informative tour! I really enjoyed stopping at all the monuments and memorials around the National Mall. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interactive which made the tour that much better. Will highly recommend it and would love to do it again if we are back.
