Joe was very informative and definitely had a knowledge of everything he showed us. He was friendly and attentive to the details including the need for a restroom break! He is an avid reader and gave us tidbits along the way of things you wouldn't normally know. We would highly recommend him as your tour guide. Thanks Joe!

Joe’s pacing was great, he speaks clearly and articulately. He built in time for restrooms and gift shops, which many tour operators neglect to do, in my experience. He interspersed the tour with cool fun facts. For the portion of the tour led by a Capitol tour guide, Joe asked questions on our behalf. His jokes were funny and interesting.
He took the time to meet each of the participants and remembered details that became relevant as the tour progressed.
His communication in advance of, and the morning of, the tour was great. He reminded folks by email of restrictions and reached out as the tour time approached to coordinate our meetup.
He was very personable and easy to speak with.

You get a lot of information and get to see 2/3 branches of government. Wonderful tour. Lots of walking and cannot bring water with you, so hydrate before you begin the tour. Joe is a great guide. He speaks clearly and has so much information to share. He makes the tour feel very intimate. I would do another tour with him to any of the other sites.

This was such a pleasurable experience! Joe was incredibly helpful navigating all of the security checkpoints and lines. He was also also so considerate of everyone’s limitations and planned for elevators when needed. He was polite, incredibly knowledgeable and personable.

Joe our tour guide is knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate about his work and the people he serves. The Capital and the Library of Congress is beautiful. It’s a must see tour when visiting D. C.. It’s so much to learn about history, and present day events in America.

Provided earphone- DC tours are crowded. Most other tours around us couldn't hear well.
