The Castro is full of...
The Castro is full of rich LGBTQIA+ history. It comes alive in the afternoon and evening but if you want a less distracting experience the earlier tour will work for you. Our guide, Kathy was very thoughtful and invested in the community so her insights were very real.

Quick Terrific Tour of San Francisco
The whole trip was great but a highlight for us was the stop at the fort that the Golden Gate bridge is built over and the drive down Lombard Street. Trevor was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge and his quirky sense of humor readily. This was perfect for us because there was not a lot of on and off the bus yet the open air bus allows great views. The tour with Trevor was great!

Best Tour and Guide in San Francisco
One of the best tours Ive ever experienced. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept the group engaged the entire trip. Excellent driver and we felt very safe. He was available to take pictures of me and my girlfriend to capture the sites we visited. Provided water and snacks while on the tour was a big plus. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting San Francisco. I would to thank the company and our tour guide for this amazing experience

Buddy our guide was the...
Buddy our guide was the best- very kind, personable and knowledgeable about SF; covered historical facts and interesting information about all the points of interest in the city. The Alcatraz portion was also excellent. Total experience 5 stars! True value!

San Francisco packs a ton of consequential history in its relatively young 250-or-so years. Historical tours in San Francisco are the best way to hear engaging stories about the City by the Bay's rich, layered past, from the immigration waves of the 19th and 20th centuries to Gilded Age scandals and the counterculture and Civil Rights movements. Since many of these tours explore SF's historically ethnic neighborhoods, the fun history lessons are often paired with food tastings.
