This is a great tour and Leonardo was a fantastic guide. He connected with everyone on the tour and gave us so much information and he was funny! We tasted many Italian street foods and learned so much about Italian food and cooking! Good value, great experience, fun evening! Highly recommend this tour!

I took a lot of food...
I took a lot of food tours in Rome and other different countries and this one was by far the best one. You not only get to taste the good food, but the guide teaches you a lot about the food you are eating and the wine you are drinking. Definitely would take it again, and again.

Great for even non-wine drinkers.
The tour inside of montepulciano was really cool. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and the tour director Heather was great. The right amount of enthusiasm. The wine tasting and meal were very good as well. They did not short cut the amount of food or wine.

Excellent
The Trastevere Food Tour with free-flowing fine wine was an excellent experience from start to finish. We genuinely loved all the food. Every stop felt well curated, with a great mix of traditional Roman flavors and high-quality ingredients. It wasn’t just about eating a lot, but about trying the right things, in the right places, with a clear sense of authenticity behind each dish. A special mention to our guide, Fran, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. She created a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, explained everything clearly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and that energy translates directly into the experience.

Eating in Rome is considered an art form, practically a religion—and that's true whether you’re chowing down on a supplí (oblong rice ball) or slice of pizza al taglio, or savoring a 3-course meal with wine pairings in a little osteria. There’s no better way to partake in local fare than by indulging in a Rome food tour. From sampling fried street food staples in bustling Trastevere or the Jewish ghetto to tasting wines in the Castelli Romani, food experiences provide an insider’s look at the city’s culinary culture and history. Aspiring chefs can try cooking time-tested recipes, too.
