What are people saying about Maui

This trip was fantastic,...
This trip was fantastic, it exceeded our expatations! The snorkeling The Molokini Crater was quite the experience. Turtle Town, from the time we stopped turtles were around the boat. The crew could not have been any greater, they were helpful and the lunch and drinks afterwards were great! I would highly recommend the Pride of Maui for an amazing snorkeling and boat experience.

Loved my first snorkeling experience!
I was very apprehensive about trying snorkeling for the first time considering I am not a strong swimmer and easy to panic, but the crew on this excursion made me feel at ease from the beginning. (This even includes the smiling, friendly check-in attendant at the kiosk.) Highly recommend giving Sea Maui Express Snorkel a try!

Perfect trip
We are late risers, and this is one the only afternoon snorkeling trips. (For good reasons: the best conditions are in the morning.) They have two options that the captain chooses from according to that day’s snorkeling report. We were blessed to have PERFECT conditions at Molokini Crater. Crystal clear water, excellent coral. We’ve seen more fish in other places, but there were a good number here. And a Hawaiian monk seal swam right under me and to the boat! Captain was stoked. Second time in twenty years! The crew and equipment were perfect. Lunch was great. Hint: we are vegetarians. Everyone else got hot dogs. We got a delicious wrap. Might want to go vegetarian for a meal. 😉

Family friendly evening. Cadillac pricing for Cadillac treatment!
Great dinner & bar service! The show was good, too! It was a nice island hopping experience between various Polynesian cultures. Was the pork served really from the Imu? They made a show of retrieving a pig from under a chicken wire & ti-leaf covered frame then walking it across the stage, but it's unclear if the actual pig was served. The cynic in me wants to think it was all show, and maybe even the pig we all saw was at best a prop, and at worst, cooked and discarded once its role was complete for the night. The steam tables were already set up before the show started. Was a little disappointed to hear about food waste, and how all leftovers are thrown away at the end of the show. On the other hand, I also get food safety issues which could be preventing the donation of the leftovers. Consumerism is hard, eh?

Hawaii’s “Valley Isle”—and its scenic beauty—is a playground of fun activities for visitors. One experience you don’t want to miss is gliding through the crystal-clear waters with the island’s diverse marine life. On Maui snorkeling tours, you can swim in an underwater volcano with thousands of fish, search for turtles at Coral Gardens, or reach spots like Molokini on a boat with a 20-foot (6-meter) waterslide. Whatever tour you choose, you’ll have the opportunity to see green sea turtles, schools of colorful tropical fish, and maybe even spinner dolphins.
