Not to brag but we had THE BEST time with G!!! He was the perfect guide. There were 3 of us, my grandmother, my partner, and I. He was super thorough with the process, he made sure our fins fit and helped us get all of our gear on. My grandma was super worried she would be tired on the tour but G assured her that he would pull her on his floatation device and he did for the whole time. He never made her feel bad about it, even when she had to go in early because she was getting sea sick. She was so grateful to him. We were grateful too! He showed us such amazing spots and took great pictures of us. He made sure we got to hold sea creatures and see some sea turtles. This was our favorite part of our trip, I recommend it if you want to see the beautiful ocean and have a great tour. Thank you G for the memories!

Most amazing experience ever!!

This tour was the BEST part of my trip here in Maui!! I’m afraid of the ocean and have never snorkeled. I’m not even a swimmer but I booked it because I need to get out of my comfort zone. Well….. I panicked just by dipping my face into the ocean Sirena who was “our private tour guide” just took my hand and soothed my soul with a water therapy relaxation technique. From that moment on I snorkeled out into the ocean and was in absolute Awww!! Best and I mean BEST experience for those who are afraid to swim in the ocean.

We had an absolutely terrific experience on our snorkel trip! Our guide Matt was friendly and knowledgeable, showed us amazing snorkel spots, and took really great photos. I would absolutely recommend this trip to friends or family in the future. Great for all ranges of comfort with snorkeling as they can tailor the trip to your needs. Thanks to Shelby and Matt for everything, we’ll be doing this snorkel trip again on our next trip.

Shelby was an amazing tour guide. She confidently helped us get acclimated to snorkeling and led us on an amazing trip. We saw abundant marine life including sea turtles and were able to go much further along the reef than we would have gone on our own. The underwater photos and videos were an unexpected and welcome surprise. I highly recommend this snorkeling excursion with Shelby!

This was hands down a relaxing yet exciting experience. Having a more private tour guide is something I wanted to experience aside from the bigger excursions. Shelby was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She guided me and my gf discovering other sea life I wasn’t able to see elsewhere. I highly recommend this tour to anyone and I would do it again on my next trip to Maui! Aloha!

Our group was a mix of experienced and novice snorkelers, and Shelby handled it perfectly, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had an amazing time. Shelby is fantastic!! She treats you to a five star experience on the beach with drinks, snacks, friendly conversation and knowledge of what you are about to see while snorkeling. She will take tons of pictures and videos of you and all the see life you’ll see! You might be lucky enough to swim with a turtle or 2!!! I highly recommend Shelby’s tour! 😊

Outstanding! We visited Maui last year and chose a group style shore snorkel out of the same area and it was very uncomfortable. The guide we had wasn’t able to give us much guidance and felt more like a pump them through type of tour. We decided to choose a more private hands on experience with Shelby this time around and it was so so much more fun. It was just the two of us and we were able to ask Shelby questions at any time and she made us feel very comfortable in the water (being from Inland California)! She has excellent knowledge and felt more like a new friend to us than a tour guide. I would recommend using her and her route to anybody especially if you’re looking for more of a personal experience. We were able to ask questions without feeling embarrassed in a group of people and just made for an all around better snorkel trip into the water. She is so sweet and fun to be around and you can see her passion for the ocean.

What an amazing experience! This was my first time snorkeling, not used to being in the ocean and was honestly a little scared at first. Booked the private snorkel so I could hopefully have more of a personalized experience since this was my first time. Wow! Shelby definitely delivered. She gave me the one-on-one attention I needed to feel comfortable in the water. I am so glad that I booked the private tour instead of one of the large group tours. It's definitely worth the price. Shelby knows the best beaches to snorkel from and where all the incredible turtles hang out. She does a great job letting you know the do's and don't while your in the water and delivers an awesome underwater experience!! Especially for those like me that are not necessarily comfortable in the ocean. I'm still going through all the incredible pictures you took on our tour. Thanks so much Shelby and see you next trip!!

Best snorkel tour EVER!

I booked this tour to have a solo experience with a local guide - and, boy, did Shelby deliver! She was communicative in our pre-tour confirmation and was early to our meeting point for the tour. Although not my first, I do get a bit anxious in some water tours. Shelby’s evident knowledge and calming, attentive demeanor put me at ease during the whole tour. Shelby clearly knows and loves her island and recommended the best snorkel spot based upon conditions, and our snorkel location was amazing. We saw turtles, rays, and she found a beautiful octopus - that was so cool! Also loved that she brought some fresh snacks for us too! Really felt like a 5-star resort experience but with a good friend. Skip the group tours and book a private tour with Shelby - you will NOT regret it. I will be back to see her my next time I am in Kihei!
