Amazing experience! Worth every penny. We were thrilled with how clear the water was at Molokini and how far we could see. We saw a monk seal, dolphins, a whale, green turtles and LOTS of fish! I heard later there was a chart at the back of the boat identifying different kinds of fish- I wish I had seen that. The food was excellent, even more and better than described- a full hot breakfast plus pastries and lots of juices, a mid morning snack and great lunch with dessert (keep the ice cream on the menu!). The staff was super helpful and kind. There were lots of options for flotation if you were not a strong swimmer and several lifeguards watching over everyone. They thought of everything to make it an excellent trip. Violetta and Marley were especially helpful. We totally would recommend this trip!!

It was a really good crew! My husband had sea sickness and Jeff kept checking on us to make sure he waa doing well. Other than that the Experience was great! We would book with them again.

Lots of fun! The crew was fun, positive, and very informative. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Maui! If you are up for adventure and down for cold beer, this experience is for you!
Only downside is that one group was late and took off later than expected, which then caused us to have to extend our paid parking. (Not the crews fault or lack of direction).

Molikini was amazing. This company did a great job with a lot of people on the boat. The boat was nice. The staff was knowledgeable. The food was above average. The water was a little murkier at Turtle town, not unusual, there were a lot of turtles if you looked for them. They were resting by the rocks.

Good, safe tour, especially for first time snorkelers. All you really need to do is show up. I would bring a long sleeve shirt and a jacket, in case you’re cold after getting out of the water. Make sure you feed the parking meter fully before going to the meeting place. All the crew was nice and very helpful.

The snorkeling was fun, the crew was nice and helpful. The captain was extremely rude and very prejudice for those that didn't understand English. If you’re looking for a boat tour to see snorkeling I'd suggest another company where they don't treat people so rudely. :(

It was a good experience overall, we saw fish and turtles, but the boat was very crowded (thigh to thigh with your neighbors) and the vibe was a lot more tour bus-ey than I was expecting

We came from South Korea for our honeymoon, and the captain and crew made it truly unforgettable. They were incredibly welcoming and took great care of everyone on board.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the snorkeling experience was absolutely amazing. Swimming in the crystal-clear blue ocean alongside colorful fish and sea turtles was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Maui!

Wonderful kid friendly snorkeling trip!! We were able to hit 2 locations in the 5.5hr saw turtles and lots of fish. The crew was great and super accommodating. Would definitely book with this company again. Extra bonus was the onboard photographer! She took above water and underwater pictures!

Our snorkeling experience was a bit mixed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great, so visibility was poor and we didn’t see much marine life. We were later taken to another spot, but it really seemed better suited for experienced swimmers, which made it harder for everyone in our group to fully enjoy.
The crew was just okay overall, and the captain didn’t come across as particularly enthusiastic, which affected the vibe of the trip a bit.
That said, the highlight for our family was getting to see whales, which was really special and memorable. I do think this experience could have been much better on a day with nicer weather.

If the weather isn’t just right they don’t take you to the crater, but off shore locations. I wish we had known this. While the boat ride was fun, the snorkeling from the shore beaches is not much different.

direction are important safety considerations, and these elements can also affect snorkeling
visibility. Our captains and crew are trained to make the best decision for the safety of all

harbor, but are instead made when the captain leaves the harbor and can better judge the currents and swell. We still provide the same trip length and amenities, albeit at a different site. We make every effort to put our guests in the best, safest conditions possible.

The trip was great turtle town was awesome. The only thing I would say is it’s kind of confusing on what time you’re supposed to show up at the boat. We thought it was 630 Showtime not departure time but the captain was super nice about it.

This experience was very cool. The dives were very unique . Only thing was disappointing that the wetsuits had a charge, and communication wasn’t always clear. For example winds picked up and most of us got soaked on the way back including all of our stuff. Would have been nice to add, please bring water panchos just in case, especially during the March/ April months . Food was good geared towards mostly adults-we brought our own for our kids. Having more of a variety especially for kids would be great. More sizes for wetsuits would be good for kids.

Maui snorkling trip to Molokini crater and turtle town on the Malolo 13.Our first time being in Maui and this was the highlight of our trip captian looked like he was born in the water here and staff were keeping us all safe felt very comfortable. Would absolutely do this trip again !!

The wind was too strong for Molokini Crater so we went to the Coral Gardens and Olowalu for snorkeling, but honestly it was still amazing. We saw so many sea turtles and other beautiful sea creatures. The water was calm and warm in those protected spots, making it such a memorable experience. So grateful there was a photographer to capture all of the moments. It was worth paying for her photo package so we could just enjoy the experience. Captain Carlos did a great job for us!

We were in Maui for a day on a cruise and wanted to experience snorkeling in Hawaii. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t cooperating which we understand is out of everyones control. However, the staff did not make the best of the situation. Captain Carlos seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but driving the boat. There was extremely minimal storytelling on our hour long trip to and from the snorkel spot. The boat was over crowded without enough room for everyone. We weren’t able to snorkel at Molokini Crater, but the snorkeling wave conditions were so awful at Turtle Cove that the captain strongly advised we don’t snorkel, but then was upset when everyone sat on the boat instead of snorkeling. We should have left the spot early and had a partial refund on our snorkel. The ocean conditions on the way back were horrendous and almost all snorkels got soaked from the waves (going back to an over packed boat without enough seats for everyone).
We understand that the weather is out of the staffs control, however as a family, we felt that the staff could have done a MUCH better job making the best of the situation. The friendliest person on the entire boat was the photographer who was actually a 3rd party person not affiliated with the snorkeling company. Extremely disappointed in the experience. And, at the very end right before docking the boat, we were handed black folder and told a ‘suggested’ tip of 20% per person.

Captain, crew and photographer were very accommodating. Breakfast and lunch provided were delicious. We went to both Molokai crater as well as turtle town, snorkeling and our whole family liked the turtles the best. They accommodated all levels with noodles and additional flotation devices so that everyone was comfortable in the water. Highly recommend! It was a great adventure.
