Climb aboard your comfortable catamaran and enjoy a continental breakfast before cruising to Molokini, a sunken volcano teeming with vibrant marine life. Dive into crystal-clear waters, exploring the colorful reef with provided snorkel gear and floatation devices.

A:Parking is available at Māʻalaea Triangle, where Maui Ocean Center is located. A visitor (non-resident) parking fee of $1 per hour (available in increments) or $7 per day applies. (Rates subject to change at any time.)

Amazing experience! Worth every penny. We were thrilled with how clear the water was at Molokini and how far we could see. We saw a monk seal, dolphins, a whale, green turtles and LOTS of fish! I heard later there was a chart at the back of the boat identifying different kinds of fish- I wish I had seen that. The food was excellent, even more and better than described- a full hot breakfast plus pastries and lots of juices, a mid morning snack and great lunch with dessert (keep the ice cream on the menu!). The staff was super helpful and kind. There were lots of options for flotation if you were not a strong swimmer and several lifeguards watching over everyone. They thought of everything to make it an excellent trip. Violetta and Marley were especially helpful. We totally would recommend this trip!!

Read the fine print! The every email and even the website will say 6:30am. but that means they are on the ocean, gone by 6:30.

We had a really good time. Love the snorkeling at the volcano. It’s so beautiful with all of the different sea life and the amazing colors of the coral.
Turtle town was the best part. So many turtles and coral. It was picture perfect.

The captain and crew were excellent! Really professional and helped us all have fun. We felt safe and supported. They were all so friendly and breakfast and lunch were great! This is a great excursion for teens!

Our family of 6 including grandparents and teens had a fabulous day snorkeling in Molokini and TurtleTown. Even though the day started out overcast and windy the staff on Manolo was wonderful!
Erika and John were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Martha took incredible photos of all of us both above and underwater! They beautifully captured our family’s amazing day and we will cherish the memories!
The continental breakfast and the lunch were delicious!
Thanks to Martha, this years’ holiday cards will be outstanding!

Beautiful setting, great weather and highly trained team. All the team members were fully lifeguard trained and two had EMT training, all sites had guards watching from the boat and from the water on surfboards.

This tour company ruined our family vacation & Fathers day ! Realized after the fact that there are many other reputable tours companies runs for Molokini Crater Snorkeling, for little cheaper pricing, DO NOT go with this company, we did and regretted!!!!
There is no customer service, no emotions, no human touch - booked through Viator, 3rd party, must mention, they failed to resolve our issue and been very unhelpful. Have booked many excursions with Viator worldwide, never such a bad experience!
We booked via Viator, lot of confusion on departure & check in timing -our family , who has very exited teen whose main purpose of visiting Maui was Snorkeling near Crater,on our scheduled day, tour left the harbor without us, which is mainly because very unhelpful tour representative at the Boss frogs shop, who apparently appeared to be covering an expericed employee, who was off that day due to fathers day !! We got there at the meeting point, Boss frogs shop, at 623AM, ( acknowledged we were late) the tour representative present at that time, calls himself " Noodle" ( when asking his name ) an arrogant and rude gentleman, wasted more than 12 minutes or so asking irrevelant questions, such as proving him the name of the boat, which information was non existent on our Viator booking. It was more of a feeling that he had no intentions of helping us, and by the time he figured which boat we were to take ( which was a clear example of his laziness and inability to do his job )it was 632 AM and then he said " Boat left", and it did cost us that disappointment, parking fees, and ruined early mornin and the rest of our day.
Then he continued to be rude and arrogant, giving incorrect information to Viator, on call with Tess at reservations at Malolo & Viator, and wasted 2 hours of our vacation and Fathers day, and we have been given option to rebook with additional $$$ , which we didn't have choice but to accept.
On our rescheduled day, tour itself was very basic. Captain didn't ever talked or kept us engaged , didn't feel engaged, John and Irene were helpful and must say contributed significantly towards having a hood Snorkeling experience. 10/10 to both of them. However tour was lacking energy, no entertainment while sailing, food no where nearer to what's advertised on their website, must say Snorkeling was excellent. We have done many Snorkeling tours in Carriebean and worldwide, and we Cleary could see this your was not worth the money, would advise pay little more and ho with other companies out there, staff, vessel, employee attitude, food, entertainment etc definitely not worth it.
Boat appeared to be very basic and aged, single level ( at crater , noted many other tour companies had modern, newer boats with built in viewing decks) very crowded (66 people on board)and minimal facilities.
Hope management review this and take actions as required for staff training and much more, so others won't go through what we did.

The boat leaves at 6:30am and cannot return to the dock once it has left. We did not sell your seats. While the cancelation period is 24 hours, we offered your party a future booking (including for the next day) for a nominal staff rebooking fee, which means the company was willing to forego the cost of your 5 seats. We have been in business for 40 years and believe our practices are accommodating and fair. Mahalo for your review.

If you’ve never been snorkeling it’s good. Never seen sea turtles, it’s good. A good beginner experience. We’ve done both before so we were alittle bored. Crew was very nice! Advertising it as Turtle town was misleading… saw maybe 5 turtles.

We were left behind for n the dock & they did not care. No rebook no flexibility arrived at 6:32 they do not care lost 5 seats & $800 use a bigger carrier with customer service or risk your vacation memories!!!

It was an amazing experience getting to swim with fish and turtles. The team on board were super nice! The captain and Violeta went above and beyond and were super friendly!! Lunch sandwiches were good especially after swimming!

Fun morning snorkeling with the fishes and turtles. The crew was great and very helpful. They kept us well informed and helped everyone depending on their skill level. Safety was their first priority. The photographer on board was great working with each group of guest. Photos came out amazing both above and below the water.

We were very excited about our snorkel boat tour to Molokini , however a huge swell came in that morning and despite the crew trying everything they could, we were not able to snorkel. Unfortunately, nature had other plans. We still had a lovely boat ride up there and the crew was amazing. They still fed us breakfast and lunch and gave us free cocktails because they felt so bad that they couldn’t give us the best experience possible.

It was amazing! Bring a camera or a waterproof bag to put your phone in if you want to take pictures. There was a photographer on board if you forget, but the pictures are pricey.

The most confusing thing was finding the shop. Get there early, sign the waiver before you arrive. people line up so this helps. The staff and crew are awesome. Photography was awesome. Great experience and will return.

The snorkeling spots are great! Expect boat to be packed to capacity with every seat full and crowded. Staff was just ok, not super personable or approachable. Underwater photos are very pricey from photographer.

You can’t come to Maui without spending a day on the Malolo! Our crew, Capt. Kiwi, Sebastian and Eddie were not only skilled and professional, they were wonderful hosts that made sure you had everything you needed for an amazing adventure. We traveled with a big family of 5 adults and 6 kids all under 12. We felt completely cared for and safe as we experienced snorkeling for the first time. We will definitely be back and we will never sail with anyone other than the Malolo crew!!

The staff was very nice and gave us clear instructions. There was ample equipment available. We loved having the photographer on the boat and the underwater photos that she took were so fun. The only thing that I would change is that there were probably too many reservations accepted and it was tough to have a comfortable spot to sit on the boat -- since it's 1.5 hr ride it would be more comfortable with about 5 less people.

This was a great morning with two stops. Luckily, the weather was nice and cooperated. Breakfast and lunch were simple and fresh. The boat attendants Seabass and Eddie were kind, clear and humorous. Everything felt safe and fun was had by all of my crew! (Kids aged 8 and 11 enjoyed so much!)
