From the start everything was organized
and enjoyable. The captain and crew were all very nice! The captain shared details about surrounding areas as we road to our different destinations.
Snorkeling was beautiful! We saw so many different fish and turtles. Breakfast & lunch were good also. I’d highly recommend!

The entire staff was entirely amazing! Everyone was so tentative and the day was filled with so much fun! Breakfast and lunch were also very tasty. The snorkeling was truly one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend, this was such a beautiful day on the water.

We booked this to enjoy the snorkeling. Apparently, the waves were too big so they didn’t take us to the turtle town. And for the fishes, we saw 3 types! Nothing more.
There are bunch of other agencies as well which will take you to the same location with better boats, faster boats and assuming better food.
While the staff were good, the service was very commercial!

The boat was fun and the cpt and crew were great. It was nice to swim out in the ocean. That said, we saw very few fish and one turtle from a distance. If you want an excursion - go for it. The company is great and very professional. but, if you are looking to snorkel for fish and turtles, go to Black Rock beach for free.

We went on a day waves were bad and Molokini were not able to be snorkeled. This was a huge disappointment because that was the purpose of the trip. We snorkeled at a place you can drive to by car which wasn't unique and we were planning to do on our own. The staff, captain, food were great which is why it's still 4 stars.

Horrible experience, it’s always windy on Maui. They cut our trip short and snorkeled for 30-45 minutes and they canceled due to wind. I understand if it’s life threatening but it wasn’t anything serious. Never when to turtle bay. Thinking we would get back to the dock a couple hours early was a mistake. They drove the boat back so slow as to take the whole
time up, what a waste. At least get us back so we are not stuck on the boat.

Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing snorkeling experience we’ve had in Hawaii. We’ve previously snorkeled on both Oahu and the Big Island, and those experiences were significantly better.
The boat ride to and from the snorkeling sites was extremely rough, and quite a few people on board became seasick. At both snorkeling stops, we saw very few fish, and the water visibility was not particularly good.
The crew was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, compared with our previous snorkeling tours, there was much less guidance in the water. On other tours, crew members would snorkel with the group and help guide us toward areas with more marine life. On this trip, with the exception of one crew member who entered the water, the rest of the crew stayed on the boat to assist guests.
The boat was also quite crowded, with more than 50 people on board, which made the overall experience feel less personal.
We really appreciated the crew’s positive attitude and hospitality, but based on the snorkeling itself, the water conditions, and the overall experience, this was unfortunately the least enjoyable snorkeling tour we’ve done in Hawaii.

Even though this was an early start, it was worth it all! The team on board was attentive, helpful and simply fantastic!!!! The crater was incredible - teaming with fish. The second spot was great for using the slide and jump. My one daughter saw a turtle, but the rest of us had no luck. Still worth it!

It’s was fun yes but first we didn’t get to go to the main point which I’m not ur fault bad likeee no discount no free pictures lowkeyyy scam…idk I don’t really think it was really worth it it was but if they gave us a bit more or yk give something else for us anyways thanks ig it was pretty cool I expected more

Molokini is extraordinary!! The crew - Capt. Kiwi, Eddie and John were amazing hosts. All were very knowledgeable about ocean wildlife and reinforced safety so that everyone could have a great experience. We will certainly come back when visiting Maui!

I’m surprised this wasn’t canceled. The crew was wonderful but the weather was awful. We had terrible waves ahead of the tropical storm. We saw another boat almost flip over. We hardly had any time in the water because of the waves. We didn’t go to a 2nd location and were pulled out of the water early at the first location. So many people got sea sick and threw up. The crew was wonderful and made sure they kept us safe. The food was also better than expected but none of us ate the lunch because of the sea sickness which felt like a waste for what we paid. Again, wonderful crew, this was out of their control but I do wish they had canceled due to weather. It was a scary experience.

Because I booked through Viator. I was given limited pre-event instructions. I wish we had more instructions prior to the event. The event was terrific. However we missed the check-in as it was 30 min prior to departure. We didn't realize drinks and meal were provided.

Amazing experience for our family! Ages ranged from 7 to 63 and everyone had an awesome adventure! Captain Kiwi even let our 7-year old grandson sit with him in the captain chair! Guides were fun and knowledgeable and the photographer was fantastic. It’s apparent everyone on the crew loves their jobs and made it a great experience!

We have a great time. It was wonderful, the photos were great. The food was good. I do recommend better instructions for finding the meeting spot and parking. Also recommend adding the motion sickness medication to be taken ahead of time. Other than that it was great.

This was an amazing experience water was perfect. But they did a great job of safety and my wife felt so comfortable in the water. She's not the biggest open water swimming but she had a blast because of the amazing crew!

From start to finish, the captain and crew were so patient and accommodating no matter the experience level. The scenic views were amazing, and we saw so many turtles in both locations. Food and drinks were plentiful, including the ginger ale to help with a small bout of seasickness. We will be booking again on our next trip.

Recommend the 6:30 am voyage. It’s early, but it was super windy when we arrived back on the harbor. The captain and crew gave excellent directions on how to put on the snorkel gear, gave us an informative background on Maui island, and had a photographer take pictures during the entire time. The boat is a catamaran, which was better than the smaller skiff, especially because we had children. Would highly recommend!

We had a fun time exploring Molokini but were unable to go to turtle town due to water conditions. There was very little wildlife to see, outside of some fish. The crew was overly cautious and wouldn’t let anyone snorkel near the reef or even a tiny bit away from the boat. They wanted you right next each other and the boat. If you are looking for an extremely safety conscious crew- highly recommend. If you have snorkeled before and like to explore, find a different boat tour. The food was unexpectedly good.

We had a wonderful, wild day on and in the water. It was too rough near Molokini, so we rerouted to Coral Gardens. The ride up front was wet and a tad bumpy, but my daughter thought that was great. We enjoyed the calm water at the alternate site and saw many fish. We also saw a few turtles. :)
The staff were professional and friendly. I felt safe and well taken care of. The food was good and plentiful. The ship was clean and adequate to the task.
I recommend this trip and vendor. :)

Molokini crater is beautiful! Unfortunately the water conditions weren’t great and we didn’t get to go to Turtle Town *sob*. The crew was great and the boat is well maintained. The breakfast and lunch were small but yummy. We enjoyed ourselves!

The crew were great- they tried everything to get our littlest one in the water! They were easy going, informative and fun. We didn’t get to do turtle town which was a bummer, but what can you do about the weather… Food was good, basic. Drinks were good.
