We really enjoyed our snorkel trip with Joe. He was a very knowledgeable guide and made sure that we were comfortable with the snorkeling gear before entering the beautiful bay. Not only did Joe ensure that we saw lots of sea life (turtles, spotted eagle ray, octopus, pincusion urchins, dome starfish, etc.), he provided underwater photographs and videos that are amazing. Highly recommend!

We had such a great snorkelling session with Joe on Christmas Eve! We saw three turtles in the water plus two sunbathing on land and a bunch of other cool fish and stuff. Joe even brought us up a starfish to hold! The pictures are some that we will treasure forever so definitely a bonus to have those included in the trip. Joe was welcoming and super easy going, made sure everyone was at ease and knew what to expect. Would have booked to do it again if we had had the time! Book on, you absolutely won’t regret it ☺️

This experience was well worth the money. My wife and I highly recommend. As someone who is not a strong swimmer, Joe helped me use my legs properly, and I was even diving by the end! Joe was amazing, and he was even from our hometown, which was cool. Joe was patient. Even though I was struggling at first, it ended up being an amazing experience with his guidance. It was the cherry on top for my wife and I’s honeymoon! We saw everything we wanted to see, and he took great photos and videos of us!

We had a great time on our group tour! There were 10 people total. Joe took us out on a cloudy day and it was a perfect activity to do given the weather. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he has experience with diving and the local wildlife. He showed us sea turtles, a reef shark, an octopus, a sea star and urchins! It was a great time! We were originally booked at 12:30, but ended up going at 10:30 and it was definitely better. The water was clearer and more animals were out and about at that time. Great activity for a solo traveler, couples and families! Def support this small local business! You will have a much better experience than the larger boat group tours!

Snorkeling Turtle Town

My sister and brother-in-law went with Robbie on a Turtle Town snokel tour! Robbie was very personable and knowledgeable and took us on a great tour of Turtle town! And we did in fact see turtles! And we got to hold a red pencil urchin and a puffy star fish! Robbie took many photos and a couple of of videos of sea turtles which he shared with us after the tour! He was very safety conscious of all the participants and talked to us about safety before getting on not the water! The three of enjoyed the trip immensely and would definitely book this snorkeling trip again!

Robbie was amazing! My husband was a first time snorkeler and he made the experience amazing and went at a super comfortable pace for him. 10/10 experience and would definitely go again!

We had such a fun snorkel with Robbie! We were nervous at first because the snorkel location got changed last minute and we were worried we wouldn’t see sea turtles but the area we went to was perfect and we swam with lots of sea turtles and other sea creatures! We were able to rent out some sort of motorized propeller that helped us swim a lot faster and without using as much energy. This was my first time using these and it was great! Robbie took wonderful pictures of the group and you had the option to purchase them after the fact. I definitely recommend purchasing because you also get amazing pictures of the turtles and other sea life he took with a very clear image compared to the ones we took on our phones. 10/10 recommend booking this snorkel!

Never did the tour. Company wanted to change the location due to danger so we decided to cancel. When the company found that out they wanted to go back to the original location in spite of the danger to keep from giving a refund.

This is not what happened. We called the guest and let them know we have a very similar tour going out about 15 minutes or so from their original tour, and weather will be a bit less windy. We clearly stated we are still operating at the original location, it’s completely safe, and will still be an enjoyable trip, but for the sake of always trying to give our guests the best possible experience we simply offered we had a similar tour already running in an area 15-20 minutes away we would happily switch them over to, or if you didn’t want to make the drive we totally understand and you will have a great trip on that tour as well, with a light amount of wind. If we dont think our guests will have a good time, we will always lean to cancel. This guest decided to not show up and then demanded a refunded. We offered a voucher or to reschedule. This is half the story!

This is amazing and so cool to swim with turtles. We swam with JOE. He is awesome. My husband panicked in the water and Joe went and helped him out. He took time to make sure he was ok to continue. Joe was patient and so kind! Love you Joe!! Thank you!

Amazing turtle snorkeling experience! Robbie was fantastic - even though there were only two of us in the slot, he didn’t cancel and gave us his full attention. We’re beginners at swimming, and he was extremely patient, calm, and supportive throughout. He made us feel safe and helped us see some beautiful turtles up close. Highly recommend, especially for beginners!

Unprofessional and not transparent- would not recommend

We showed up at the confirmed booking time and no one was there. When I contacted the tour operator, he said there was a mixup with Viator and asked if we could stay one hour later to wait for the next tour. To compensate for our time he offered me 25% refund of the amount I have paid for the tour for a group of four. I never got the partial refund even after I sent him a reminder text. We did see turtles and the videos were good, but I didn’t know we had to swim pretty far out from the beach. The tour descriptions were not clear and did not mention that. The guide also was not very patient and did not check on me or my daughter to make sure we were following along safely. He even asked us for a tip after the experience was over. I felt really uncomfortable and awkward. Still, my partner tipped him, but again the descriptions did not say tipping would be asked or recommended after the tour. I found the experience to be unprofessional and not transparent.

Guide Robbie was great and it was a fun experience (especially with the jet!) If I were to deduct 1/2 Star, there was a last minute change of location which we weren’t planning on so we had to get an uber instead of walk, but it was a minor inconvenience and communication was good.

Waste of money, lack of communication

Guide was late 45 mins and there were no clear communication sent. Tour was booked for 2 hrs but guide ended finishing in just 1 hr. I thought the snorkeling was in deep water but he took students w/t any oxygen Cyclades, it was just a kind of swimming lessons. I would say it’s waste of money.

Aloha, we don’t offer any scuba-diving or any other tour that would require oxygen; I’m not sure what you are referring to here. You may have left this for the wrong company. That said, this review was left during Christmas week, which is our busiest 7 days of the year. If you did come on our tour and and it was delayed we apologize for the inconvenience, however this day we were running 15-25 minutes behind due to our busy and hectic work day! We always strive to keep our tours on schedule but from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances it is possible we were running late, we try our best to keep a consistent and tight schedule. Our tours are about 2 hours long, there’s no way we could run a tour in a hour, so I don’t think this time frame you suggested in a fair review. There’s simply no way we could run a tour in an hour. We also do not offer swimming lessons as an activity, in the rare case a guest is struggling our guides will accommodate them, maybe that is what you were referring to. We hope we can make this right and feel free to call me direct and discuss more as I have some questions about this review. For anyone reading please read our other reviews to get a different perspective. We strive to be the best and give our paying customers an amazing experience.
