Most importantly, our guide Beatrice, was fantastic as she was most caring and attentive to the needs of the whole group. Her knowledge and engaging way she tells the story about this amazing city had me so totally interested and impressed. This is your perfect way to be introduced to Lisboa and it set the stage for all of our other tours that followed We were so glad to have started with this.!
Oh and by the way, Beatrice has some excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do as well; just ask her!

Miguel was so knowledgeable and willing to share the history of the area we toured during our walking tour.
He was also able to adjust the locations we visited end information he shared when there was an accident that prohibited us jumping into the tram that was part of the regular tour.

Excellent guide actually made sure I could hear her all the time after I said I was hard of hearing.
Brilliant information on everything we saw and lots of other info as we were passing for example the barbers shop which was now a jewellers but had to retain all barbers interior.
Places to eat, places to visit, and perhaps not to visit. Very informative and a good 3 hours spent

Overall great tour. You get to learn a lot of history about Lisbon and see places you might not go to yourself. I was disappointed that the cathedral isn’t open on Mondays, so that part of the tour was skipped. Had I known that earlier, I would have booked the tour on a different day. But our guide did a great job explaining everything and answering questions.

A walking tour is the only way to see the city properly and when the guide is as informative Lucie it makes a huge difference to the tour. Highly recommend doing this tour. It’s worth it for the views over Alfama alone!

Very nice and informative tour. Paolo was a super knowledgeable and passionate guide. We had a dive into the many layers of the city’s historical role and past. Upon that he also delivered mqny good personal tips and hints. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. It’s an amazing tour, but not for those that have trouble walking. Our guide, Richardo was the very best! Extremely knowledgeable and interesting. Highly recommended!

The admin was not good as out booking hadn’t been sent to the guide. We had also been given the incorrect place to meet. Thankfully we found our guide who dealt with the situation effectively.

Paolo was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and made the tour very interesting for our family of varying ages. We appreciated all of the stories, and left knowing more about the Portugese history and culture. I loved his list of recommendations in the end.

The tour is a great option to get to know Lisbon and its history. It can be overwhelming trying to understand the unique characteristics of the various neighbourhoods without a guide. The tour allowed for the perfect introduction to the city and the comprehensive background and narrative provided by Ricardo brought the stories to life. Each stop gives a new perspective and the viewpoints make Lisbon a dream destination. I would highly recommend this tour and Ricardo as a guide.

OMG Ricardo was excellent. My friend and I arrived that morning and never thought we’d make it through the tour but Ricardo was so informative and interesting that we were sorry when our tour was over. We only had that day in Lisbon but the tour was pact with so much history and information that we felt the tour was more than we could ask for.

Beatrice our tour guide made our tour so enjoyable with her knowledge and her sense of humour. She led us around the busy streets of Lisbon with confidence and padded on her tips and tricks on how to navigate the city. The stop for Pasteies de Nata was very good. We got to experience the Tram 28 journey with Beatrice’s know how! And we learnt the highlights of Portuguese history through the ages.

Wow! What an absolutely fabulous tour of Lisbon. After 3 hours and close to 4 miles walking, Ana gave us an excellent tour of the historic downtown area. She knew all the back alleys and filled our tour with tales and insight. Totally, Totally well worth it.
