SENSATIONAL! Murat was a wonderful. Full of energy and AMAZING photography. I would book him again in a heartbeat. Simple and Easy

Our driver was excellent, he was there early, by almost 20 minutes, but walked in to our hotel to find us. We talked a lot with the other passengers on our drive, but we got there safely and early! After our port transfer was canceled by our cruise line, this was an easy and smooth process from start to finish. I would recommend this transfer to anyone needing a ride around!

Very reliable and...

Very reliable and professional service. While some companies, picking people up at the cruise port, had handwritten signs that were difficult to see, our driver had large bol print for each of the names in the group. It was a shared ride service and I didn’t know the other individuals but that helps save money. I would definitely use the service again.

Our driver was awesome! On time, put all our suitcases into the van without throwing them on top of each other, and got us safely to the train station. The confirmation that was sent to the hotel the day before our departure indicated that we should meet at the dock but the lady went to the hotel to meet us. She was very pleasant and her colleague travelled with us to the airport and found a porter for us.

Coming in alone, late at...

Coming in alone, late at night I felt it was the safer option to get a driver. From booking to drop off it was an excellent experience. My driver was right there waiting for me, was very nice, assisted with luggage, polite conversation. Even though it was a short ride, it was worth it for the comfort level as a single woman traveling alone in a foreign country. I have never been disappointed with my Viator experiences.

Great Value and lovely destinations

This was a cruise shore excursion. Meet up in Livorno was well organized and easy. Small group on nice bus. Pisa and Lucca are not far from Livorno so travel time was pleasantly limited on this outing. Pisa was so beautiful, much better than I expected...a Tourist spot yes, but so worth it! Doesnt need a long visit if you just want to walk the area. This tour is too short for climbing the Tower, FYI. Lucca was a wonderful , unique town. Walk the wall and relax! George, our guide had lots of helpful advice for this "self guided tour", provided very good walking maps, and excellent communication for our meet ups. But actually guided us quite a bit sharing a lot of knowledge about both towns! This was one of the best value tours I've taken and also a more laid back one!
