Pickup details
After landing at Fiumicino Airport, please proceed to the terminal exit and follow the signs for the Limo Service Meeting Point. There, your driver will be waiting to greet you with a sign displaying your name. For your comfort, we include one hour of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. Should the wait exceed this hour, an additional €60 per hour will apply, payable directly to the driver at the end of your journey.

- Airport Meet & Greet: Once you've completed the customs process and retrieved your luggage, simply make your way to the arrival hall. Your driver will be eagerly waiting for you at the LIMO SERVICE MEETING POINT, holding a signboard with the name of the lead traveler.

It was a pleasure riding with Alex. He gave us a little history of Rome on the way to our Hotel. We had to wait a little bit for him, it was no fault of his, but company was in contact with us the entire time. It was the airports. He is a great driver. Would recommend using this company. Got us to our hotel and we had good conversation along the way.

This was a very nice transfer from the Rome airport. My flight was delayed several times and they tracked my flight, text me with updated pick up times and we’re in communication with me from the time I landed till I made it outside.

Our driver (sorry, forgot his name) was FANTASTIC. Our plane was 1 hour late arriving in Rome but he was waiting for us in the Limo Ride area when we came out of baggage claim. The car was super clean and he even had 2 bottles of water for us. He took us directly to our hotel and was absolutely professional and kind. Oh, travelers should know the Limo Ride area is crazy-crowded. Recommend ensuring you and driver have good phone numbers so you can text on arrival.

First class! Perfect way to skip the hassle of finding your way in a big airport in a foreign city. There were many drivers awaiting passengers in the limo area, but Alexandru was the only one sharply dressed and with a bold electronic sign with my name (rather than the typical marker on paper sign). The drive was smooth and flawless. Utterly professional. We will never look elsewhere again.

Horrible! Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we were tied up in customs 2 hours, they left without taking this into consideration abandoned 2 woman and a child in a foreign country without a thought and refuse refund. Was never told I could “purchase more time”.Don’t use!

1- your booking was for 3 adults, on the phone you told me you were three single ladies..
2-I After landing, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the real time of flight arrival
We offer 60 minutes free waiting time
This is stated in the description of the service you've booked with us.
Your plane was 6 hours late, we provided a driver available for the new arrival time; this driver was patiently waiting for you for 90 minutes, after that he texted you that he needed to leave because he had to pass the car to the second shift
I personally called you and informed you that we were looking for another car and we found one driver who was ready to pick you up in the next 20 minutes. You denied my offer stating that the driver left three single ladies alone in the airport and that you don't trust us anymore.
The reason why you didn't get a refund was because we did our job, we did provide a driver for the new arrival time, he waited for you for 90 minutes and he had to be paid for this.
We are very sorry that your first experience in Rome was unpleasant, unfortunately in this situation we couldn't do more.
The customs were so busy and that is unfortunately not predictible, it is not your fault or ours, maybe you should be a little bit more comprehensive in your future trips.

I arranged a car for my daughter and a friend who were traveling together for a study abroad program in Rome. Several hours before the trip, there was a flight delay that meant they wouldn't make the connection, so the entire itinerary had to be rebooked. This company was very flexible and responsive about rescheduling the pick-up. Then when we went to the airport, we realized there was a 3rd student traveling on the same flight, so I had to contact the company yet again to ask for another change. Again, they were very flexible about finding a larger vehicle for them and making the change. Then after that, there was another flight delay, and the company was good about monitoring the status and accommodating their schedule yet again. When the girls arrived, they had no trouble finding the driver and he got them to their destination very safely and quickly. When you're sending teenagers to a foreign country on their own for the first time, it's nice to have the peace of mind that the airport car service will be flexible and reliable. Highly recommend.

Van smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. The windows were loose and rattled. We believed we would have someone who spoke some English to describe to us the places and things to do/see during our visit in Rome. Driver spoke little to no English (at least that is how he presented himself). He was on the cell phone most of the transport. Definitely not worth the cost we paid. We could have gotten better transport and interaction from the local taxi service. Since being here we have used the taxis multiple times and each time the drivers were friendly and interactive with us. The only reason we made this (2)stars and not (1) is because we did arrive safe
