We were never picked up for our transfer from our hotel to the port. They didn’t hesitate to immediately charge our CC. We made multiple attempts to contact the company and the driver but no one responded back

The booking was made two hours before departure, when at least four hours are required. We immediately notified Viator that the requested time was unavailable and did not charge any fees. Viator will likely refund you within a few days.

We hired this driver to take us from the Hilton Rome airport to take us to the port for our princess cruise. He was early, and so nice! He had waters waiting for us and was so diligent I. Getting us on our cruise on the Sun Princess! We recommend this tour operator !

Driver was late 20 to 30 minutes because he was driving back and forth to port, but we did get there on time. Communication was poor on arrival time..but again..because of travel time for other clients. It was 1.5 hours to get frim Rome to port

Our driver met us at the port at the arranged time. He helped one of our members with her luggage, as she had some mobility issues. The van was comfortable and accommodated all our luggage. The drive was professional and friendly. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time and without any issues.

We needed a transfer from the Cruise terminal back to our hotel in Rome. They arrived early at the Cruise terminal and were ready for us whenever we got off the ship. The van for my family of four and all our luggage was great, and the ride was smooth. Highly recommend.

On time but communication needs improvement

Company really did not contact ahead of day to pick us up at cruise port. We contacted them to confirm pick up time and what to look for. We told company a 9am disembarkation time. Driver was there at 9:15am to allow for time to get off ship. Driver was friendly and helpful. Overall good experience but communications could be improved.

Friendly driver but communication needs improvement

Company contacted us about 45 minutes before pick up driver would be 30 minutes late due to traffic. This was ok because we planned extra time to get to cruise port. As new time got closer still no communication from driver. Finally, about 5 minutes after new pick time driver contact us and said they were 5 minutes away. Driver was friendly and helpful. In general, ride was good. I would say company needs to improve communication when late. Otherwise, experience was good.
