We were very disappointed. Our “guide” told us he was new and we were his first tour. He struggled to remember information, often just driving in silence. He was not at all knowledgeable about the memorials, locations we were passing or general DC facts. He was not able to manage our time on the 2 hour tour well. Several stops we were only given 7-10 minutes to rush over to the site, quickly snap a picture then rush back to the e-cart. We had only 10 minutes at the last stop (Lincoln Memorial) which was barely enough time to walk the half block to the memorial, up the stairs, take a picture and rush back. After finishing there we went straight back to the drop off location which was 15 minutes early. We could have easily been given those 15 minutes to fully see the Lincoln and a couple of the other memorials that are right there. He was a really nice guy but needed significantly more training. We have done numerous DC tours and this one was such a huge disappointment!

We were disappointed with this tour. Due to road closures, we weren't able to visit any of the DC monuments, which was one of the main reasons we booked it. It was also extremely hot. We were seated in the very back of the vehicle, facing backward, so we couldn't see the landmarks the driver was describing, which made it difficult to follow the tour. I was under the impression that there would be opportunities to get off the vehicle for photos, but that never happened. Instead, we mostly drove along Pennsylvania Avenue and passed the Capitol. The tour was also advertised as lasting two hours, but it ended after about an hour and a half. Overall, it did not meet our expectations and felt like a waste of money.

Guide had no microphone it was hard to hear what she was saying. Some roads were closed for the holiday celebrations and we were no able to see the monuments listed in the tour offering

We had an awesome guide. She was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable. The company she works for should do better with logistics. They didn't have enough vehicles available at the start, so we started 20 minutes late.

A good tour with good information, however, you will not have much time to get out and look around. It is a good way to see where the monuments are located and get back to see them on your own.

Good experience had, Washington DC something special at night, two tours leaving at the some time with one having enclose clear windows and the other benign open cart with no weather protection on a very cold night. Very disappointed as the both carts people pay the same amount of money, didn't last the full time also missed the MLK stop without a reason provided by the guide

Great way to see the monuments! Our guide shared stories infused with humor which resulted in a very enjoyable evening. If you’re traveling with someone who has limited mobility this is a “must do”!

Definitely an 5 star experience. The excursion was beautiful as well as informative. It was a highlight of our DC trip. Our tour guide was very personable and caring. It was very cold during the tour, and she gave her jacket to one of the passengers. Now that’s excellent service.
