This ocean raft trip was so much fun. Beautiful day for a ride with Capt. Bevin and Harp - a dynamic duo. These 2 work so well together - you cannot help but smile and have a grand time. The view, the spotting of harbor seals and eagles was amazing. Harp is a fabulous story teller, and so knowledgeable about the area. Her charm is infectious. All this while Bevin expertly steers the boat. This is a don't miss excursion while in Skagway!

This experience stood out amongst many in Alaska. It was not only a lot of fun, but our tour guide/captain was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and funny. Coming from Australia, we saw wildlife we have never seen before and felt a climate so utterly different from our own. We actually did this experience in 2023 and I cannot believe we didn’t review this sooner. We still talk about it to this day. So if that doesn’t convince you, I don’t know what would.

This was by far my favorite activity on our recent Alaskan cruise! The day started out pretty iffy--the tour was almost cancelled--but the day ended up perfect. The clouds lifted and it was glorious. The water was smooth, we saw many eagles and eaglettes, some harp seals, and underwater wildlife while resting in a quiet cove. The best times though was racing around in big circles and bouncing up over the waves on the zodiac boat. Captain Blevin and naturalist Harp were the best guides. An A-1 top adventure in Skagway

Seems ironic to get off of a ship and get onto a boat, but it is SO WORTH IT! In fact, we believe it is one of the best values out there! We had already done the train, so we booked this and love it! Eagles (one juvenile with mom!), seals, sea lions were all part of our experience and the fresh air while taking in the scenery so up close was an absolute delight. Entire staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 17 friends and family on this trip. We had such an amazing time with Captain Jen and Harp. The suits kept us very warm while doing many donuts and fun turns on the water. It was fun, and we saw beautiful scenery as well as lots of harbor seals. I would highly recommend the raft trip.

We had a beautiful partially sunny day and smooth waters. We saw about 15 bald eagles and a big flock of tiny ducks that ran acoss the water. The captain showed us a lot of areas along with a few fast donut maneuvers. Naturalist tild us some interesting facts about what we were seeing. Very fun few hours!!

It was beautiful and fun! What a fantastic experience!! The naturalist made it so fun to learn, the waterfalls are absolutely stunning. The dry suit keeps you warm and the seats were extremely comfortable. One of our all time favorite excursions.

Ocean Rafting in Skagway

OCEAN RAFT Alaska was great. The team was great. Hannah shared her knowledge of the area and pointed out the sites while our captain drove the raft providing us with a closer look We saw a whale, many harbor seals as well as a lot of eagles. There were beautiful waterfalls, plenty of opportunities for photos as well as a fun rafting ride.

We had a great time with Captain Jen and First Mate Harp on the ocean raft! Jen is an experienced Captain who loves helping others love thrillskeeking adventures! Plenty of speed and donut turns and beautiful flora and fauna and animals on the Fjord. We saw a whale and some harbor seals and eagles of course. These ladies know their home away from home and share in the beauty by educating others about the landscape while having fun and taking plenty of pictures and capturing waterfall moments. Epic Alaskan Adventure- Don’t Miss This!

We were hesitant to book this tour outside of the cruise line, but are so glad that we did. This was an unforgettable Alaskan adventure. I wasn’t sure we should go through with it because of having to wear the suits and the possible high speeds we might get in this boat. However, you were able to see Alaska in a whole new way from this vantage point. Nicolette was an amazing enthusiastic naturalist who explained the wildlife we were seeing. Alyssa was a great boat captain. They made this excursion, fun, educational, and memorable. This is the coolest thing we did while in Alaska! Don’t miss it !!! We saw harbor seals, bald eagles, kestrels, and many waterfalls up close. It was a one-of-a-kind wild adventure!

We booked this through Viator instead of the cruise line and it ended up being one of the best excursions of our whole trip. The weather was perfect (they said it was the nicest day they’ve had in Skagway!), and the fast boat ride was such a fun adventure. We got to see waterfalls, bald eagles, and seals up close. The crew was great and made everything super easy and fun. Totally recommend this tour if you want something exciting and different from the usual cruise excursions!

Our whole family LOVED this excursion! The boat was fast, fun, and comfy. Our boat pilot and naturalist were both fantastic! We saw tons of bald eagles, seals, waterfalls and other animals and beautiful scenery. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Skagway!
