My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour. Our tour operator was terrific and went above and beyond to make the tour even better than expected. He Took individual photos for everyone that wanted one at each stop. The waterfalls were beautiful. Highly recommend this tour.

Definitely not worth the money, unless you want to ride a bus for three hours and listen to the driver complain about living in Alaska. She was not very informative and in a hurry to finish. Disappointing. The manager was very grumpy as well.

Wonderful experience visiting the waterfalls in Alaska and over the border into Canada. Our driver, Pat, was very informative, entertaining and friendly. The drive up and down the mountain was so picturesque and the waterfalls and lakes were amazing. We got very lucky with the weather and just escaped the heavy fog and rain.

Yes, it was a nice ride, good number of stops to see waterfalls. Tour guide was knowledgeable and sweet.

Nice tour. Our bus didn't have air conditioning and the windows didn't open--it was about 75 degrees that day. Needless to say, it was awfully hot and stuffy.
The waterfalls and scenery were beautiful. Driver did a great job of narrating.

A little over-sold for what you see; all but one of the waterfalls are on the side of the highway and about 10 minutes apart-- so you are off and on a little bus multiple times. The stop at the top of the mountain views were gorgeous-- but cold, even in August. The last waterfall that is a small hike, was the best. The bathrooms available are pit toilets; just be aware. The guide was knowledgeable and personable.

Skagway is a nice little town with an abundance of shops and activities. The excursion was great, but wished it was longer and had some additional stops. Overall, the family had a great time and would do it again.

We had a 9:30 am tour. Arrived in the office at 9:31 and the tour was loaded and gone already. Had our tour booked for 6 months. Nothing said to arrive early. I agree we were late but 1 minute? Really?
We talked with the owner-he could have cared less-said they were busy with all the ships in port and there was nothing available for us. We did get full credit but this was a disappointment.

Got up close to many different waterfalls that you could only see from the tour van. All tours are with trained drivers with local knowledge of town and history. Highly recommend if you like waterfalls

This was awesome a great way to see some of Skagways beautiful nature. Easy ride, get off and on Pat was wonderful.
Shirley_J, Jul 2026
The guide was very knowledgeable. To me it wasn't worth the price. We saw more and better waterfalls from the ship while cruising past the Endicott Arm Dawes Glacier

The ebike Rainforest Tour was awesome- such a beautiful ride. Knowledgeable guides (Serena and Mallory) - it was a wonderful way to spend our day in Juneau.
Rhonda_P, Jul 2026
This gets you up close and personal to some of the waterfalls and has amazing views and photos. Our guide was great. She was informative and very helpful with making sure everyone got pictures they wanted. I wish any of us could remember her name, but unfortunately we all forgot. (Old age😬😂). We were on the Sunday July 26 at 2:00 blue group. I do know she’s from Temecula CA. Would 💯 recommend for the price.

Very low key. Last stop at cemetery was a little strenuous but optional. Small group that stops and lets everyone out to view and take pictures. Pat was excellent tour guide. Answered all questions and took pictures of groups for memories

We enjoyed this outing very much
My only issue was that our guide had only been in Alaska for 2 months! He was not a good conversationalist, and was not very knowledgeable about the area.

Very nice tour of waterfalls around Skagway. Jamie was a great guide. Reid Falls is one of best and can get very close.
Tracy_B, Jul 2026
This was an enjoyable tour with a knowledgeable guide, who took us to waterfalls. We could easily see without hiking. Our guide taught us a few tips on using our Apple phone, camera, which was an added bonus! We enjoyed the trip and it was a great thing to do.

Our driver/guide, Clay, gave interesting background on our drive and multiple stops, with adequate time at each location. He gave options for people, pointing out the number of steps and potential hazards if interested in walking up to Reid Falls. He was helpful with taking pics for people with ideas for ideal photo composition.
The group size (21) was pleasant, especially after being on buses with over 50 people.
It was amazing to see how much elevation changed on the road, along with drops in temps and changes in vegetation, which he explained.
The sites (waterfalls, overlooks, and whole drive) were beautiful and interesting and this tour was one of the best highlights on our trip. We would highly recommend it.

We are very happy that we chose this excursion! It was the perfect blend of history, hiking, sites, Alaska sign, and nature. We had people in our group ranging from 10-70 years old and everyone loved it. I would highly recommend this excursion!

Up early for a 8am tour only to be told upon arrival that it has been cancelled. No reason provided. Weather was fine.
Sheryl_K, Jun 2026
Great tour, Tim ? was excellent, so helpful taking pictures & lots of information. Comfortable ride and nice to not have a large group
ROBERT_L, Jun 2026
We never went on this tour. 80- 90 % of tour we saw on another tour booked thru you. That was a White Pass summit/city tour which was great. We just did not want to see the same stuff a couple hours later!
Andrea_T, Jun 2026
Loved seeing all the waterfalls, the weather was unpredictable so the visit at the Welcome to Alaska sign was very cloudy. But our driver was great to pull over and give us plenty of time for pictures and viewing the falls!
Melanie_C, Jun 2026
We got to see parts of Skagway we would never have seen just wandering on own. Also, drove to the summit which was amazing
Chris_S, Jun 2026
We had a fantastic time on this wonderful excursion, saw a bear and a wonderful waterfall along with an unusual cemetery
Tami_R, Jun 2026
This was fun for all ages. Elderly never have to leave the tour bus if they didn't want to. Lots of photo spots and a short hike to a falls if you wanted that adventure.
Devin_C, Jun 2026
The tour was very relaxed. You get to see the waterfalls and do a little walking. Riley our guide was funny and delightful.
Nathan_S, Jun 2026
The tour was more than what we were expecting. Great stops and views. Plenty of photo opportunities!
Jose_L, Jun 2026
Great tour, to know the most iconics waterfalls and enjoy all the mountains. Our guide and driver was very professional.
Ray_E, Jun 2026
Informative tour with easy to moderate physical needs. The guide was very knowledgeable and made this a fun experience.
