TOUR PROVIDER: Skagway Tours CHECK-IN TIME: 15 minutes before your tour’s start time MEETING LOCATION: Bus loading area near your ship Your cruise ship will arrive at one of three locations in the Port of Skagway: the ORE Dock, BROADWAY Dock, or the RAILROAD Dock. 15 minutes before your tour, a Skagway Tours representative holding a red “Skagway Tours” sign will meet you at your dock’s bus loading area. IMPORTANT: Please do not use Google or Apple Maps, or the map link provided by Viator. These will send you to our office in town or the Harbor Master’s office. We pick you up at the bus loading area near your ship. PASSPORTS REQUIRED: This tour crosses the USA-Canada border twice. Passports are required. Guests without proper documentation will be denied participation with no refunds. For USA or Canadian citizens a government-issued ID and original birth certificate (no photocopies) are also valid for entry. VISAS. If you come from a country that needs a visa for Canada or the USA you will need to bring those in addition to your passport. IMPORTANT: Cruise line staff may incorrectly say passports are not needed in Skagway, AK. You MUST bring your passport or valid ID/birth certificate due to the border crossing.

Comfortable ride, great guide, gorgeous views! It was so nice to be able to stop and take pictures. Daniel shared lots of interesting & fun info. He was so friendly and kind. The Suspension bridge stop was awesome. The view was amazing and the air there was so clear & clean. We were able to get off back in Skagway close to shopping. We were so glad we did this instead of the train. Definitely an excursion worth doing!

Be very mindful of this excursion. The bus leaves you and picks up other passengers. Not like most excursions where they wait for you. We were dropped off at the Mendenhall glacier. Picked up 1 hour later and my winter coat, bag, Stanley cup and credit card and portable solar charger were gone. At the very least the driver could explain that this is how they operate. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. Needless to say the whale watching portion was no fun for us as I had no idea where my things were. They dropped us off at the ship port with minutes to spare. We were the last people onboard and had no time to figure out what happened to our things. I did receive a phone call from the owner but it felt more like an interrogation rather than a sincere concern for what happened. There were others who had belongings come up missing as well. We were told that this had never happened before yet several ppl had there things either moved or missing when they returned. Not impressed. Will only book through the cruise lines in the future as they are far more organized.

The Summit suspension bridge was very stable and a lot of fun. D-Hawk was an outstanding tour guide and he plays great music 🎶 too! Also the photo opportunities were terrific

Going into Canada was a unique experience. The bridge and the areas around it were beautiful. Definitely worth the trip.

Our driver Drake was very knowledgeable and made extra stops along the way to allow us to take some photos of some pretty beautiful scenery! Very well organised and efficient. He also gave us lots of tips, places to visit and eat which was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great trip! Even though it was foggy in the beginning, Pam our driver guide kept us busy with stories and history. Very knowledgeable and delightful. It cleared and the suspension bridge was a unique experience and we did get to see some wonderful sights on our way back.

Super fun and breathtakingly beautiful experience. Despite heavy fog, this trip was amazing. Such a fantastic place to see. Our tour guide Trey was so knowledgeable and funny. He shared lots of historical and scientific information in a digestible way. Our teens also found him entertaining and interesting, which if you know teens, that is a high bar to reach.

The Yukon suspension bridge tour was great. Drake was a great guide, funny and full of useful information. Highly recommend it, great value and lots of fun. The best if you really want to get a good look of the Alaskan and Yukon wilderness up close.

Wow beautiful scenery. This was a great small group (20 people max)to enjoy a ride thru the summit and a visit to the suspension bridge.
Pat is a great safe driver. Her personality was upbeat and fun. She had lots of stories to tell.

Our tour guide, KJ, was outstanding-best we’ve ever had. The drive the suspension bridge was very scenic and she would stop so we could take photos. Suspension Bridge was nice. We’ve been on others that were a lot more scary! I recommend this tour.

We enjoyed this option more than the train because we got to make stops along the way to take in the views and enjoy the sunny weather.
We had plenty of time at each of the stops and weren't rushed. The suspension bridge was great. Be sure to explore the area on the other side of the bridge for a different/better view of the river and bridge.

Amazing experience with beautiful views! Our guide Melissa was amazing, super sweet, and knowledgeable about Skagway and where were heading! The only downside was the tour was pretty big so we had a mixed group of adults and kids (younger kids as well)
