Comfortable small bus with guided tour. Saw a great waterfall. Guide took a great picture of our group. Suspension bridge had beautiful views.
We decided to try the bus tour up the White Pass in Skagway rather than the Klondike train and we did not regret it. While the train was certainly cool, it was very crowded with fewer stops along the way. The suspension bridge was a fun stop and we got to see all of the same sights close up. All for about half the price. Our guide was informative and friendly. He made sure we ‘made the most of it’!
This tour was a highlight of our time in Skagway ! Don’t hesitate book it . Our guide was super informative, fun and friendly . The views were amazing . We had plenty of time at each stop and it was just as advertised if not better!
Clay was great. Had a lot of information and was very accommodating. We saw a bear at the side of the road that walked right in front of the bus! The suspension bridge was a lot of fun even though it rained a lot. Going back and forth through Canada was a breeze with Clay’s help. Loved all of the waterfalls and the terrific views.
Our guide Riley was very informative and accommodating to everyone on the excursion. Very friendly and polite.
Jodie was our tour guide and did a nice job of informing us about the area and landscape as well as several stories about the history and characters of Skagway. The bus ride was comfortable and we were able to get out multiple times to see sites.
I liked going into Canada to the Yukon suspension bridge.
I was with my cousin. A young child might get bored.
We didn’t know what to expect for this tour but it was great. Riley was our driver/guide. He was knowledgeable and helpful in every way. The tour was just the right length and hit many of the high points of this beautiful area.
The scenery was beautiful and Nicole did a great job explaining the history of the area. She made stops so we could take pictures as we drove up and back.
This was one of the best excursions we have ever done. The guide was very informative and interactive. We stopped many times along the way up to the Yukon. It was very memorable and well worth the money.
This experience was awesome! I’m so glad we went and our driver was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The sights are amazing and it was fun even knowing the rain.

Beyond Scagway is some amazing scenery and waterfalls. Changed my opinion of the area because I had only walked through the town. If you want to see breathtaking views go with Dana on this tour.

suspension bridge , a little clouds hanging low at 2,500 feet - but absolutely gorgeous day - the suspension bridge and views were amazing !
We had a great driver and tour guide Garrett. He had a wealth of knowledge to share. The scenery was spectacular, so so interesting. Would recommend.
Our bus driver, Clay, was an excellent guide who was full of knowledge. Like many other temporary workers, he was visiting from North Carolina and driving for the season, but he had extensive knowledge of the landscape and surroundings. We conveniently stopped at all the picture points along the way and drove into the Canadian side of the Yukon Peninsula to see the suspension bridge. He also drove us to the picturesque Bryant Lake, which wasn’t on the itinerary because we were making good time. We stopped at the Welcome to Alaska sign, and he offered to take everyone’s pictures. He was kind enough to go back to the spot where someone had cited a moose so everyone could see it. Overall, it was a great experience.
Great narrator, exquisite sights and insight on the gold rush era. Well worth the time and money. The scenery was breath taking.

We truly enjoyed the trip! We were a group of eight and chose this tour because we wanted the flexibility to hop on and off for photos. We also booked the White Pass train excursion through our NCL cruise. The tour guide was fantastic—he made several scenic stops for pictures along the way. We had a full hour to explore the Yukon Suspension Bridge at our own pace, which was a great experience.
We loved making several stops on our way up to the suspension bridge for photo ops and wildlife observations. Kenton, our driver, was absolutely awesome! The suspension bridge was spectacular and the bison chili at the end hit the spot. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
Wonderful experience!! Scott was our driver and he was so fun! He gave us great history and facts and showed us amazing sights!!
It was really good and driver, Scott, with his witty stories and history and lack of appreciation for down hill cyclists (too slow) and articulated fuel trucks (too fast) made the whole trip very enjoyable.
We compared the ‘Train to the summit’ trip with the ‘Yukon suspension trip’ and went for the latter. We are very pleased we did. The train cost more and did not stop and certainly did not go to the suspension bridge, all of which we did. We got waterfalls and mountains, lakes and views, all with stops and interesting facts.
I hope Viator pass this next bit on. It would have been even better if the bus had a front facing window. These smaller tour buses don’t and I am sure they could!
Anyway, great trip, great photos, great value.
PS, go PM if possible, the fog has a chance to lift, in the afternoon.
Wonderful excursion to the summit and Yukon suspension bridge. Gorgeous scenic drive with a fabulous tour guide. Highly recommend this tour.
Tour operator changed our tour , the day of , to facilitate filling up the tour bus. Our tour did not go to the suspension bridge as listed in this tour. I was offered a refund or another tour, take it or leave it.
Yukon Territory is beautiful, not to be missed.
Very knowledgeable driver on this small bus tour. There were many stops for photos. The roads on our tour afternoon 10/23/2024 were considered dangerous so we did not make it all the way to the Yukon. We did,however, make it into Canada.
Ray was great and stopped for many great views. Super disappointed the welcome to Alaska sign was boarded up for the season and the Yukon sign is not as nice as the photo. Small stuff as we had a great day!
What an exciting tour!!! The scenery was beautiful and Garret was an exceptional guide. The best part was that it started snowing at the pass and for this Florida girl it was magical!!!
We had the best time with Garret our tour guide. He is full of knowledge and never a dull moment. He actually went swimming in 40 degree water on our stop to the lake. He is fun and loves to take pictures. I would recommend him and the award for best tour guide.
We saw so many places and the beauty of the state of Alaska on this tour. Lots of stops to enjoy our time in Alaska.
