Very long van ride from SF to Yosemite. Not having a pick up at our hotel (Hyatt Regency on Embarcadero) added almost an hour to our trip. Trip was 15 hours long from our hotel to back to our hotel. Start time as communicated to us by texts changed 3 times from when we booked (Friday) to the Sunday trip. From 6:00 am to 6:20 am to 6:50 am. Our guide was very kind and good with a 10 year old.

Pickup time was delayed and communication came in late. Email came in at 11:02pm the night before and indicated that pick up time at 6:20am. At 6:11am, an email was sent stating pickup time at 6:50am. If we didn't check email, we would have stood on the street for half an hour to wait for pick up. The tour said one of the stop is "Tuolumme Gove of Giant Sequoias" and there was no such thing. We were so excited to see the Giant Sequoias as shown in the pictures of the tour advertisement and this portion did not happen. This is one of the reasons we wanted to take this tour: large sequoias that we have never seen in our country. The wind noise in the van was so loud that we could not hear what the guide said. After a few times telling her we could not hear, we quit listening. The tour guide was not really engaging. We took another tour the day before (booking through Viator) and had so much fun and we were disappointed going on this one.

Yosemite Day Tour by Incredible Adventures was a perfect celebration for America's birthday on the 4th of July. We truly appreciated the chance to marvel at nature's majesty and understand the history of Yosemite from being the home of the Native Americans to being protected as a national park. Thank you for providing an awesome and convenient experience that otherwise would have been more difficult with the long and arduous drive to Yosemite.

The bus came 1 hour late. Also we asked how long it would take to reach in the evening and the time estimate was off by 45 minutes. Timing-wise there was a little too much optimism, more realistic times would be appreciated. Everything else was very good and no complaints.

What a wonderful day! Our guide Hannah, was amazing and knowledgeable about Yosemite and the surrounding areas. We saw the highlights of Yosemite, don’t think you will see the entire park but this is a great way to see the highlights if you only have a day to explore! Highly recommended this tour!

Guide was really good. Only issue i have was with the bus. You can feel all the bump on the road and was not very comfortable. Also the vehicle did not have any usb plugs

Yosemite and Giant Sequoias?

Please do your research and be prepared if you want to see the giant sequoias and Yosmite. For this trip the van was good and comfortable.The guide was entertaining and the route was nice but Yosemite and Giant Sequoias is what was missing! The whole batch pretty much we were roaming in the parking lot unable to find the path as the guide went missing and another batch from another trip company told us they did not spot any water falls anywhere. All we did then was sit by a river stream, had some lunch and got back to the van. I was so excited about the Giant sequoias but it was such a fail we did not get to see giant sequoias as advertised but just a few trees on at Tuolumne grove trail. If you want a nice long drive then I would recommend this if you are looking at Yosemite and Giant Sequoias day tour then probably this is not a great idea.

The worst tour

Do not take this tour! When you click on San Francisco tours this shows up. It is a bus ride to the park that is 3.5 hours long, then a rushed run around of everything listed, then another 3.5 hours on the bus. That's a tour of 7 hours in a bus. Stay away from this!

Our car broke down and we had to wait a long time for replacement vehicles. Mitch our tour guide tried to get the best out of the tour but in the end unfortunately only a fraction of the tour was covered than originally planned and paid for. The Sequoias were still beautiful. It was definitely an adventure, if you can call it that.

am i a little sad that we didn’t see the sequoias? yes 🥹 but literally it was still a 10/10 experience. coleman was our tour guide, he was so stinking cute and sweet! the views were immaculate. i’d say the meadows was my favorite part, looked like something out of a dream! but this inspired me to visit again on my own. there’s so much more to explore, thank you guys!

Such a fun day trip

I purchased this tour for my mom and aunt since she was coming out of town. I dropped them both off at one of the destinations pick up spots. There was one in the city (SF) and it was easy for me to drop them off on my way to work. I was a bit worried until i dropped them off because i saw the huge group of people also going on this day excursion as well. My mom and aunt mentioned that it was such a fun and easy experience. The driver and the tour guide were so knowledgeable about everything. The tour guide also made it comfortable when he started talking about his time in Guatemala and that is where we are from. Pick up was at the same drop off location and it was not as late as i thought. I figured about 10pm? But no it was closer to 830/9? My mom and aunt couldn’t say enough great things about this tour. Thank you!

The us seats were too small leg space was almost nil and in such a long tour of the basics were not right the entire trip gets spoiled

Whirlwind Adventure with Room for More

Our tour guide was exceptionally nice, making the journey even more enjoyable. Pickup was a breeze at Union Square, with the car arriving promptly at 6:20, and we were on our way by 6:40. The visit to the Giant Sequoias was well-timed, providing 1.5 hours to explore, which felt just right. However, upon reaching Yosemite Valley at 2 pm, the crowds were overwhelming, leaving us with a brief 1.5-hour window. It allowed a glimpse of the majestic waterfall, but more time would have been ideal. A quick stop around El Capitan added a nice touch to the tour. While the day trip covers the essentials, a suggestion for future travelers would be to consider a 2-day trip for a more immersive Yosemite experience. Overall, a great way to capture the highlights in a day, but the beauty of Yosemite deserves a bit more time.

Super bad. First of all, the bus was too late by almost an hour, so we had to visit several other hotel pickup points, and finally, after 2 hours, the tour "guide" (driver) explained the day's program. 4 hour's a drive to Yosemite park; stay there for 3 hours and back. No guided hiking tour (as promoted on the website) and no sequoias. More passengers were upset, but we stepped out of the bus as the sequoias were the single purpose of this day trip. This is one big scam. How can I get my money back????
