Very Disappointed!

Tour guide was not familiar enough with sights to lead tour. Often lead us in the wrong direction. This event cost over $400. It’s worth $25. Would not recommend this event.

Kathy is one of our best-rated guides due to her kindness and knowledge, but we understand from her that she had to adapt the itinerary on the day of the tour given some changes in the cable car schedule, and that she had trouble with her Lyft App, which may have caused another impression at times. Still, she's assured that everything contemplated on the tour's itinerary was covered, so we would love to speak to you and understand your experience in greater detail.
