We paid but got no tour. Be careful of special occasions at Vatican area. as provider twill not warn you. Our Saturday there was a big concert, police completely closed all access around vatican. I could not get to meeting spot. they took my money and made no effort to accommodate

You did not attend the tour, yet chose to leave a low rating review, which we believe is unfair to both our operations team and our guides, who work hard every day to deliver high-quality experiences. It’s not our fault that access to the Vatican area was restricted due to a concert—this was an external event beyond our control. We always recommend arriving a bit earlier, and this is clearly stated on the event page. In fact, you contacted us on the day of the tour, and we did our best to support you: we informed the guide at the meeting point that you were running late and tried to be flexible. The tour started at 2:00 PM, and by 2:25 PM you still hadn’t arrived, while all other guests had no issues reaching the meeting point. Please note that tickets have a fixed entry time and cannot be rescheduled once the tour has started. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, but responsibility should be shared. It’s disappointing to see a review that not only penalizes our team unfairly, but also includes inaccurate claims.
