Samuel was an amazing guide. He started the tour asking what sights we wanted to see and made sure to include them on the tour. Samuel was very knowledgeable about all the landmarks and his driving skills were superb. Highly recommend this tour when you are in Rome!

We had great communication prior the trip. We had 2 gold carts since we were a party of 8, and they were on time and waiting for us at our front door. This is a must do if you have a small amount of time in Rome and want to cover as much ground as possible: Our two guides were easy to understand and very knowable about Rome and the history.

Book in the morning if possible during the summer months as the midday sun and heat are brutal. But it’s a great over-view tour to see a lot in a short time and helps you get a feel for the general layout and the distances involved. Recommend doing this first before your in-depth tours.

Everyone I interacted with before the tour was very nice and well organized. My guide / driver (Lorenzo) was in contact with me a few hours before he picked me up to introduce himself via WhatsApp and to confirm my details. He arrived on time and greeted me with a nice warm smile. He explained the sights we would see over the next 3 hours and asked me if there was anything to remove or add from the itinerary. He was very flexible and shared a great knowledge of Rome’s past and present and his background. We traded lots of stories and he gave me ample time to take photos. We had a nice little break in the middle of the tour to relax and stretch and then continued on to the best spots in the city

Our guide, Gerardo, was so kind and accommodating. We did this tour the evening we arrived in Rome and he drove us around to so many great places, including pizza right across from the Colosseum!
Definitely a great way to learn about and see a lot of Rome and it kept my 12 and 9 year olds happy after a long travel day!

I took this tour during one of the hottest days in Rome, so I understood that the extreme heat might affect the experience and kept my expectations realistic.
There were four of us in our group. The tour started at the Spanish Steps, then Villa Borghese, and the Colosseum, but it did not follow the advertised itinerary. Instead of stopping at each attraction as advertised (about 10 minutes per stop on a 3-hour tour), we simply drove past many of them.
Halfway through, my partner and I left because the heat became unbearable. My other two family members stayed and later told me the guide skipped even more advertised stops. Because they didn't speak Spanish, they struggled to question the changes and eventually had to use a translation app to ask the guide to make the scheduled stops.
I understand that changes may be necessary due to extreme weather, but nothing was communicated to us beforehand. The lack of transparency and the missed stops made this tour feel like a waste of time and money.

Samuel picked us up, took us all over Rome in the golf cart, showed us the sights, stopped for pics and let us walk around to experience a few off the beaten path things (Spanish Steps, Chapel of Sabine, Orange garden, etc) We were very pleased.

Great way to see the beautiful city of Rome! They were flexible with our route based on what we wanted to see. Be careful if you have more than 4 people though cause two of us had to sit in the way back facing away from our driver and it made it difficult to hear his commentary. It was great day!

If you're looking for a quick and comfortable way to see all the sites without all the walking, then book this tour. We were a large party, so we had 2 golf carts. One driven by Luca and the other by another great driver, whose name escapes me. We had a 3pm pick up right at our hotel, which was perfect and we were able to be dropped off right there as well. You could have been dropped anywhere really. We not only got to see the sights, we had a history lesson, stopped for food and drinks, and the drivers treated us to gelato while overlooking the Colosseum. They were also very understanding when we cut the tour short because we had a long travel day and it was about 100 degrees. All in all, this was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.

Concept of the tour is great. We booked and requested English speaking guide for our first evening in Rome. Our guide was extremely subpar and unsafe. He was nice, but had only been doing the job for 2 weeks, was not from Rome and spoke very little English. He showed up late, did not turn on headlights at night, seemed to not know how to operate golf cart. Even with GPS he was very confused in navigating roads. The only thing he spoke was that we were arriving to a certain destination, no history, no stories, no personalization, no communication. We did not go to all the destinations that the tour even listed. Very disappointing, especially after reading original reviews when we booked this tour. Did not get any where near our money's worth with this expensive tour.

Our tour lasted one minute as our driver was immediately pulled over by police since she went down s pedestrian only street. Our tour was cancelled and we were promised a full refund but the tour provider stopped answering messages and I ended up having to go through my credit card to dispute the transaction. I can understand an accident that leads to a cancellation but the lack of response after the fact is what really led to this review.

Let me be clear, the tour guide was wonderful. He was kind and very informative. We had fun with him and enjoyed him very much.
However, the actual tour is not what they advertise. The itinerary and the what to expect noted many things including admission/entry. We were not able to go into anything (huge line at the colosseum, only took us to outside part of the trevi fountain, pantheon had no available tickets). Also, there is a huge list of things they say you will visit but due to traffic and the fact that the golf cart maximizes out at 22 km/hr, it is impossible to hit them all. We got to stop at about 4 or 5 sights. They did point out a couple things (sometimes the back of it) as we rode by. They did also treat us to pizza which was nice but as far as using this tour to see the city, a very large portion of it is just traveling. None of this was our tour guide's fault. It just felt like the tour over promised so much for the 3 hours. Please also be advised that the tour guide has to stay with the cart so they talk to you and then point to where you go. You stay as long as you want and return but keep in mind the longer you stay, the less time for other things.
Also, be aware that they say it includes free pickup but that does matter where you are staying as they have a certain radius included.
Again, the tour guide himself was very outgoing, kind and knowledgeable; there just wasn't time to do what the tour promised.
