The tour guide did not show up and didn’t even call. We waited for 30 min and finally got ahold of Viator support who were helpful in explaining that the operator wasn’t answering.

Great tour! This was the perfect thing to beat first day jet lag. We got to see some of the amazing sites and know what we want to come back to. Guides were fun knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend to everyone!

We unfortunately missed our tour by a couple of hours because our flight was canceled coming from the US. It was something we had no control over. We could not cancel this tour within the 24 hour booking. Because we did not know that our flight was going to get canceled until we got to the airport. I communicated with the company multiple times through the day and told them the situation. We never wanted our money back. We simply wanted to have the tour later in the day or on a different day while we were still in Rome. I contacted the company multiple times as did via tour and they refuse to respond. They could've done the right thing and rescheduled us on a different day, but they already had their money so they chose not to even respond. Do not trust this company. All they care about is making money and not the experience. We are so disappointed because my kids were really looking forward to this experience. And now I am out $370.

Antonio was our guide . He was so knowledgeable of the history behind the statues, church, and historical landmarks. This was a wonderful way to get a glimpse of the city especially for first timer . My husband and I enjoyed this tour so much ! Highly recommend!!

We spent 27 minutes outside until the tour entered the Pantheon. We spent a lot of time talking about Marble, the connections, and repurposing or recycling. Describe the clock but do not explain too much about how the clock works. We are not archeologists like you. Also, I did not add on to Trevi Fountain because I already toured it. Talk about Trevi Fountain at Trevi Fountain. I'm here for Pantheon only. I won't write the tour guide name, everyone makes a living...

The golf cart tour of Rome is a great way to see the highlights of the city. Our tour guide was very nice but his English wasn’t very good, as in almost impossible to understand and I don’t think he was comfortable with his English so he didn’t talk much. Overall a good experience but expected more Rome highlights for what I paid.

The tour its self and guide were good, but we did not get what was stated in the package we purchased. It said we would get bottled water. Did not get that. It also said it included a stop to have brunch/or Roman specialties. We made no stops for food and while it said it was included, we did not get that. Very disappointed that we did not get what we paid for.

These golf carts are a great option for a city tour in Rome, and we had a very good driver.
However, the tour operator did not contact us until the morning of the tour, after we had escalated their lack of responses through the Viator contact center.

It was the ideal way to get to know Tome on our first day in the city. Luca expertly showed us the entirety of Rome and let us spend more time in a few spots that really interested us. We safely cruised around with our friends as he told us about the history of many important landmarks. He was funny and helpful and made everything delightful. We will do this tour in other cities we visit. Highly recommended.

Exploring the city during the early evening was one of the highlights of our trip. The streets, landmarks, and atmosphere were even more beautiful right before dark, and it gave us a completely different perspective of the city.
Our guide, Karim, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting stories about the history and significance of each stop along the way. He also took plenty of photos for us, which meant we could simply enjoy the experience without worrying about getting the perfect picture.
To top it all off, Karim recommended an excellent local restaurant for dinner after the tour. It was one of the best meals we had during our visit and the perfect way to end the evening.
We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an enjoyable and informative way to experience the city at night!

Family of 11 traveling and booked 3 hour tour.
We had 2 golf carts. Only made it to 2nd site when one cart with 6 people broke down. Driver of broken down cart very unprofessional.
Families were split up and other cart was only able to see one other site.

The actual tour part was good, but they advertised that brunch and bottled water was included in the price and neither was provided. I tried contacting them and they didn’t respond. Viator tried to call them and it was auto disconnected. They should partially refund us for services not provided and false advertising.

The tour itself was fantastic, and a great way to see the highlights of Rome. Our guide (Marco?) knew a lot and tailored the tour to what we were interested in. We loved zipping around the tiny streets that one doesn’t see from a bus or car. That said, we were quite disappointed with Viator and the administrators of the tour company. We had booked this tour for earlier in the day, but the system wouldn’t accept our pickup location and no options were given for pickups. We messaged, called, etc. and were eventually told we be picked up at our apartment. The driver never showed and no one contacted us! The tour company didn’t answer the phone and Viator said they would find out if we could do the tour later. We were told to stay in our apartment and wait for instructions by email. No email arrived. We spent the rest of the day trying to arrange another trip, as this was our last day in Rome. Finally we booked a tour for 7:00pm , and everything was great from there on!

Year anniversary. It was the best way to see many different parts of Rome. We saw all the key places that you want to see without spending hours walking from place to place. Driver Never Showed Up. Buyer Beware. We travelled to the meeting location in the middle of the night-no one there, no cart or driver ever came. All calls to Company support unanswered. Viator contact center also tried to contact them- no reply. Now have to battle for a refund while making a different plan to see these sights. Don’t waste your money on this company. Dishonest/Unreliable/Scam Operation.

The golf cart tour is a good way to see a number of sights in Rome that are spread out and would require lots of walking otherwise, particularly on a hot day or with travelers who are less mobile. It was good for an overview of Rome since our group only had a day.
Viator reached out and asked us to move up our tour by an hour, and we did. (Or tried) When we arrived they had only provided seats for 10 when our party was confirmed as 11–we had to wait at least 30 minutes for a larger vehicle to arrive.
Information about the attractions was given while driving between sites (this was not easily heard by all riders); at the actual locations we were let out to explore on our own for a few minutes.
In case of the Colosseum and particularly St. Peter’s, we had a view of the attraction but no means to get close. We were looking at St. Peter’s dome from a nice vantage point miles away, not actually visiting the Basilica or the square.
Perhaps because of our delay, we were not given the snack stop; no explanation was given regarding this omission.
Our tour guides tried to do the best they could with a difficult situation, and not have to cancel the tour, but overall it was disappointing.
