      Cheating company, no tickets give to us

      I am running two meeting points, but nobody from their company, and I called many people in here, but nobody showed up, nobody give me tickets, and I called them, they ask me to cancel, please give me full refunds, and do not let this bad company to cheating others customers

      Good morning, We are sorry that the customer in question did not accept any kind of our help and ultimately also decided to leave a negative review. The customer in question called our number at 9:50, ten minutes after the start of her business, we immediately put the customer in contact with our staff on the site, our staff after contacting the customer was however unable to meet her. At this point I personally took charge of the situation by calling the lady and assuring her that our team was at the meeting point waiting for her and that her business was still valid. Even though some time had passed, we tried to ask the customer if she wanted to continue with the activity even though the time was up and we would help her to participate in the next one (15 minutes after the original), even in this case the customer in question did not want to listen to reason, continuing to insist that our staff would go and pick her up from the place where she got lost, leaving the work location uncovered for other customers who would arrive. After showing Viator Assistance Care what happened with photographic evidence of the calls and the physical ticket purchased for her, the customer refused to arrive at the designated meeting point for her activity. We are deeply sorry that despite our efforts the customer was unable to participate in the activity, and will ultimately leave a bad review. Our staff works every day with the utmost commitment and the utmost seriousness on all the locations we manage, we are sorry that at times our efforts are not appreciated. Best Regards.

      It took a very long time and multiple phone calls to find the tickets. even then, they did not give the tickets. they followed me to the line and met up with my other two friends who stood in the “head of the line” line. which was 20 min long.

      Good morning, We are sorry that the customer did not like the activity itself or our services. However, the customer, having arrived late for his activity, was helped by our staff on site to participate in the next activity and thus complete his visit. As for the waiting times in the entrance queues, we are sorry but we do not have control over the entire influx of people who visit the site in question, therefore on some days, especially on weekends or on days of special events, the entrance queues to carry out the security checks that are mandatory for all visitors can take a time that varies from 5/20 minutes. In the meantime, the customer in question forgot that while waiting, our staff had provided him and the rest of the people with him with an audio guide, completely free of charge, to pass the time in the queue more quickly and better understand the site he visited. We are therefore sorry to receive a negative review despite the efforts made by our office staff and our on-site staff, who every day do their best to manage the high number of reservations. Regards
