Easy ticket pickup at the Borghese, with helpful staff. Audio app donwloaded to my phone and headset was more than adequate. Ability to purchase reasonably priced timed tickets just a day in advance was greatly appreciated. Two hour duration of the ticket was enough to enjoy the incredible collection of sculptures and paintings.

The gallery is fabulous, and the guide added value. We chose Viator because the standard tix were already sold out, and we expected to ditch the tour, but the guide compelled our attention

Absolutely fantastic. I think this is the best tour I have done - well organised, helpful and a fantastic guide. Silvia was so knowledgeable. The Benini sculptures are breathtaking, the Carravaggeo and Raphael paintings unbelievable. An expensive trip but on this occasion well worth it. Thank you.

Very helpful hosts were happy to accommodate us being late and made sure that we could still receive our tickets and enter the gallery. However the QR code did not work for the audio guide and we had to purchase physical ones from the museum.

It worked perfectly! We picked up tickets and secured the audio tour outside the gallery. They sent excellent instructions on the procedure prior to the date of our visit. The audio guide was well done and informative. The museum limits visit to two hours and the audio guide was well paced. The Gallery is extraordinary! So many beautiful pieces of art in the Villa. Well worth the money and time. The audio guide is awesome. The Borghese. Gallery is not to be missed.

Federico was our tour guide at the Galería Borghese. His knowledge on Bernini and Caravaggio made the entire experience enriching. Also got in depth knowledge on Baroque and Neo-Classical art.
