The instructions on where to pick up our tickets were very clear, we actually arrived early just in case and the guy was already waiting for us. He was pleasant and gave us lots of info.
It was all very easy and stress free, especially when we saw the actual queue to get into the pantheon

Very cool Rome attraction. When you meet up with the organizers, you download a file that allows you to listen to the information directly on your phone, so it is a self guided tour. The meetup instructions were easy to follow and the organizers were very friendly!! The fast track is a highly recommended experience, especially while you watch the others waiting in the super long line to get in!!! We had our toddler with us as well so if you are with a family then you should definitely be booking a fast track experience as little ones have a harder time with patience in the lines!

Skip-The-Line tickets are a must if you want to see a lot in only a few days. The people we met here were friendly snd professional. They got us started with the phone app. Then walked us to the Pantheon and to the front of the line. Very satisfied to have this service and added help.

If you do not have access to the internet, mobile data of a stable WiFi then you will have to do this tour without audio. My wife and I were expecting a headset unit that we returned to the guide but he connected our phone to an audio guide via a QR code that had to rely on the local WiFi. The WiFi connection dropped out the minute you walked into the Pantheon. End of audio. Wife had no phone to no audio. I think that even if it worked there was so much noise inside that you wouldn't have been able to hear it clearly with ear buds.
The "guides" were where they told us they would be and spoke excellent English. So that was a positive for the tour.

Totally Worth it. Especially when traveling with kids. The ticket line was huge and we saved at least 2 hrs by booking in advance.
The ticket provider was very helpful. I had forgotten to book a ticket for our baby, but he came with us l, showed the way and helped us get through

Straight-forward ticket pickup - the guide also provide a link to a Rick Steves audio tour, and explained clearly which entrance line to choose (which was quite helpful given the length of the various lines!).

The exterior of the Pantheon is deceiving, as the interior is spectacular. Definitely a must see!

The cost to enter the Pantheon is €5 per person with free entry for children ages 17 and under. You are paying a premium for the company to stand in line and buy your tickets. The lines weren’t that long. Save your money and just buy tickets when you get there.

Quick and easy way to get into the pantheon, but you could just book it directly through the pantheon for cheaper. But if you’re doing it last minute then this is a good option.

A great experience made even special that there was a honorary Guard ceremony which was a tribute to the first and second king to a unified Italy, who are buried there. They welcomed a book signing from visitors. A very worthy visit on your trip to Rome.

We met at the elephant statue on the right side of the Pantheon with the tour guide.

Easy to book. Tour guide arrived handy and gave us a call to check in which was appropriated. Fast track really was fast track. The tour guide came with us which was good because we didn’t know where we was going. Would use again. Email communication, links to relevant app plus text messages meant brilliant communication. Viator app was easy to use and showed all of our booking in one place.
