Clear directions about where to meet to check in and get our audio guide up and running. Difficult though with our children not having phones so has to play the guide on speaker so they could hear it.
We were a few minutes late and Tiger kept everything together and was able to get us back on track rather seamlessly.
Skip the line tickets at no extra hassle. The pantheon isn’t something to spend a ton of money on a guide,

The 20 min audio guide was plenty and right amount of time to spend here. Being millennials we could have used a 2x speed function but that’s not a real negative

This was not a tour. It was a ticket to enter the Pantheon. No audio guide was provided. Finding the location to check in was difficult because the description of the location could have been more detailed. "By the elephant on the left side of the Pantheon" was not enough. This elephant under an obelisk is a statue in a square in front of a church. You must walk all along the left side of the Pantheon until it is behind you, then look left into the square to see the statue. The company representative could have been wearing something to identify themselves or holding a paddle or something. Seeing the inside of the Pantheon was worth the ticket to get in.

Great way to avoid standing in line, and our escort into the pantheon was nice and professional.
However, we did not realize we had to bring our own head phones, so we could not listen to the included audio and our tour was quite short.

Great experience. We met with our guide at the designated area and received our tickets and audio guide. Once received, we entered the Pantheon and followed with the audio guide. Don’t forget that you have to cover shoulder’s and knees to enter. I brought a scarf to cover my shoulders. I just packed it in my bag and took it everywhere.

Have your smart phone and head phones ready. The tour starts outside before you enter, so start the tour on your phone before you go in. We enjoyed it very much.

This was great! The guy who met us was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We got right in and didn't have to worry about the long lines beside us. The audio was very informative. We got to sit and listen to everything. It was beautiful and a nice break in our day.

Don’t book it through Viator. It’s not a guided tour. Smart Roma tour provided an acceptable meeting place and provided a recording to WhatsApp that wasn’t worth the money spent. Better off purchasing a $7 ticket an spend 20-30 minutes on your own.
I was disappointed to learn that it was not a tour at all. It should not be sold as a tour, but rather as "express tickets and download of information about the Pantheon." The tickets could just be emailed, rather than having to meet with someone who will only end up sending a WhatsApp message with your entry tickets.
