    It’s a Rick Steves self-guided tour you are paying to skip the line which on the day we were there we felt as well worth it

    Directions to meeting point were confusing. It said in one are the meeting and ending point were the same and in another that it was somewhere else. The greeter was late and the flag was not too visible. we didn’t understand that the audio would be given at the meeting not before.

    A great opportunity to visit an ancient building (one of the highlights of Rome) and one of the most unusual churches you're ever likely to visit. I did experience problems with the audio guide (because I didn't have WhatsApp) so was unable to receive it but that's probably not an issue for most people. Luckily I was able to rent an audio guide inside the Pantheon (at extra cost) so this resolved the problem and made my visit much more interesting.

    Mihad, the guy responsible for organizing the entrance and the access to the audioguide, was really efficient and kind with everyone in the group, having given other tips of great historical churches near Pantheon.

    Mihad was amazing! He showed up early, got in touch with us right away, told us where he was standing, and brought our tickets and an audio guide to put onto our phones. We skipped the line, got into the pantheon without issue, walked around with our video guide for a 25 minute, and learned a ton! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick trip to the pantheon.

    Great audio tour

    The meeting place should be relocated to the square in front of the pantheon, not off the beaten path. Once I found our guide he was very pleasant and accommodating. We got guided right to the entrance and were then on our own with recorded audio tour. The recorded tour was great because my elderly parents were free to sit instead of follow a live tour guide.

    Make sure you confirm all details and keep checking for any communication, as there were multiple points of communication (sometimes email, sometimes WhatsApp, text, call) and make sure to leave plenty of time to find the meeting place and person. We had trouble finding it, couldn't locate our guide (they said look for white flag, which we never saw), then were late so couldn't get in and didn't get even get to see the Pantheon or used the tickets we paid for.

    After reviewing your booking, we noticed that you arrived late and did not come to the meeting point before the scheduled time. We always send an email the day before confirming the booking and clearly advise guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early. The email also includes Google Maps link to the meeting location. Most guests have no difficulty finding it, so we’re sorry this caused an issue for you. Regarding communication, we tried to reach you multiple times via WhatsApp calls, messages, and texts, but unfortunately, we were not able to get a response. As for the white flag, our host can only wait until a certain time after the scheduled start, and arriving late unfortunately means they may no longer be present. We regret that you missed your visit, but given the late arrival, there was nothing we could do to accommodate entry at that point.

    Easy way to see the Pantheon

    Easy to purchase. Met the guide, got our audio which we scanned from a QR code and listened on our phone so it was good I had a headset in my bag and my partner and I shared an ear each. Saved cueing up as we skipped the line.

    Know this before you book

    Having an Audio Guide was appealing to us as well as skip the line tickets. However, we were very disappointed. 1. We had difficulty finding the representative. We were looking for a shop. I finally spotted a young man sitting in the plaza with smsll Viator/Get Your Guide sign propped on his shoulder. Whew! 2. Please kniow your audio guide is simply a program added to your smart phone. Be sure to bring your own headphones otherwise you’ll be holding your phone to the ear the entire Pantheon visit. 3. Check the audio on your phone before arriving at the Pantheon. Aming ghe teo if us, the program worked properly on one phone but not the other. Very disappointing; wasted money. We happened to pass the representative after our visit to the Pantheon and demonstrated that the program on one of our phones did not work. Like us, ge and his assistant could not make it work, and had no explanation. They only courteously apologized.

    Easy skip the line tickets

    Does what it says on the tin and well worth it as the ticket queue at the pantheon is huge. Easy process to meet the tour guide near the Pantheon. They escort you (with your tickets) to the much shorter queue to show tickets and ID at the entrance and you are in. Also comes with an audio guide which is a link you can access on your mobile so worth bringing your own earphones if you want to use this.

    Easy to meet and great communication with tour company. However they take you to the Patheon and leave you. We did not get any audio guide and the ticket taker inside said we were probably scammed into paying more the the 5€ it costs to enter. Outside of that, amazing place to see. Glad we went even with the disappointment of the tour company.

    This service is exactly what is advertised: skip-the-line entry with audio guide and on-site assistance. We fulfilled this. Our staff confirmed that you successfully skipped the line with the group. After entry, our tour leader lost contact with you because you did not follow the guide through to the final point where the audio guide would have been provided. We attempted to call you several times, but there was no answer. If a customer separates from the group prematurely, the audio guide cannot be delivered. Regarding price, the €5 ticket you were told about only covers entry — it does not include skip-the-line service, audio guide, or assistance at the meeting point. You paid €6 more because additional services were included, not just the basic ticket.

    The team leader was difficult to find outside the Pantheon. A leader from another vendor found him for us. The audio connection did not work properly, kept skipping and rewinding to the beginning. We finally shut it off and read the signs on our own.

    Good evening The voucher clearly states that the meeting point is two minutes away from the Pantheon, not at the Pantheon entrance. For this reason, the tour leader was waiting at the correct location and not at the Pantheon’s main gate. Regarding the audio guide, when the Pantheon is packed with visitors, the internet connection slows down, which affects audio playback. The issue is not with the audio guide itself but with the connection quality inside the monument during peak!

    The audio guide was the Rick Steves audio guide we already had on our phones for free. Not worth the price. Disappointing since We had other tours through Viator that were super. I’d love my money back.

    We were not allowed entry by the Pantheon staff. They said this company didn’t have tickets for the time/day for which we had paid.

This caused a few guests, including your group, to be denied entry. As soon as we were informed, we immediately contacted the Pantheon’s main office and the issue was resolved shortly afterward. Unfortunately, it seems you had already left by then. Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation.     We couldn’t access audio guide on our phones as no internet access inside Pantheon. The Pantheon was amazing. It would be better to just pay entry fee with no audio guide.

Unfortunately, if mobile data was not available during the visit, the app would not be able to function properly.     If you like looking at churches, by all means go! However when you have seen the best ie St Peters Basilica, this pales into insignificance, not a patch!

    We pre purchased tickets but we're unable to get our vouchers. Everyone sent us to the same location, but no one could direct us where to get our tickets. We ended up just purchasing on our own so paid twice for tickets.

    Great to skip the line but the audio history was a Rick Steve's audio tour of the facility. We could have bought a skip the line ticket ourselves and downloaded the tour without buying this package.
