- You will receive the Tickets after the booking, both through email and through WhatsApp by the local provider, on the phone number provided in the booking, within 24 hours from the entrance time. Please be sure to have "WhatsApp" installed on your phone and to check the attachment in the email or in the Viator chat, and be sure to save them on your mobile or to have a stable internet connection before the entry time.
- For last minute and late night bookings, please be aware that the automatic system will send the tickets as soon as possible before the entrance time.
- The Pantheon is one of the most highly demanded attractions in Rome. There may be some delays at the entrance for scanning barcodes. It may take between 10-15 minutes to enter.
- Since the Pantheon is a Holy Place, knees and shoulders must be covered inside for everyone.
- Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed.

We did the self guided tour of Pantheon. It was well worth seeing. We did not want to use data from our phones for audio guide so we rented devices inside for our tour. Still very inexpensive and worth it!

The Pantheon has become a beautiful church, repurposed from fascinating Roman architecture. However, it is basically a church - you can tour it rather quickly.
The fast pass line was worth it.

The Pantheon (c. 118–128 AD) is a masterpiece of Roman engineering, featuring the world’s largest unreinforced concrete dome (
diameter). It utilizes a variable-density concrete, decreasing in thickness with lighter aggregate (pumice) at the top, along with internal coffering and a structural oculas to manage weight, creating a perfect, self-supporting sphere.

The Pantheon is an incredible place and absolutely worth a visit. We booked our tickets online in advance and they arrived without any issues, which was reassuring.
That said, one thing caught us off guard — the queue for online ticket holders was about ten times longer than the one for people buying tickets at the machines on the spot. Worth noting, and something to be aware of before you go. If you're heading there without pre-booked tickets, you might actually get in faster when using the tickets machines and the pricing for is entry is at €5 per adult, and children under 12 get in free.

This is a must see when in Rome. It is best to get cut the line tickets. Otherwise you will be waiting in line for at least 30-40 minutes.

No help at all as to where to meet, how to access tickets or which long line to get in for skip the line. I messaged Viator to no avail. This was a joke. Should be no charge for no help

Impossible to download tickets. I had your app and everything else needed and still could never download the ticket I paid for. Additionally, you had no one on site to assist, although there was one of your tour guides (or so he claimed) waiting for a tour to begin that told us he could sell us new tickets.

This was a good purchase and an easy way to see the Pantheon. We were able to skip a long entrance line, even though our visit wasn't in high season. We were even able to enter a half-hour before our designated time, which was great since it was raining. Our only minor complaint is that this tour didn't include an audio guide and we had to rely on only reading the descriptions in the temple. A minor inconvenience compared to the long lines.

Lorenzo was great. I loved the whole tour but it was a bit long for the kids. If you’re with kids, I would go through the Colosseum with the guide and once you get into the forum give back the listening devices and explore on your own.
