It was a last minute reservation for me
that fit my schedule and that prompted me to purchase a ticket through Viator. The price does not include the audio tour. That is 5 euro extra at the Gallery

The gallery's sculptures were fantastic. The paintings by Italian masters were stunning. We were supposed to get the optional audio guide via email but we did not receive. I had to spend €6 to get a headset from the museum.

The second floor was closed for restoration. An unfriendly lady offered us to go to 2 other galleries to view some 50 treasures for % Euro extra. Wait till restoration is finished. Disappointing.

The museum is being renovated. Aviator charged us full price and an audio program. The audio didn’t work and the tech didn’t function. When we got to the museum, the price was 11Euro, not the over 30Euro per person charged by Aviator. Aviator did not refund the money- nearly 3 times what we would have paid at the museum. Very frustrating and total rip off!

The Galleria Borghese is amazing and a must see. However, this tour operator was terrible. We were supposed to meet our guide outside the venue but he never showed up. We called the contact number to be told they had no idea who we were or knew anything about us. Viator assisted us in getting our tickets directly but we spent 45 minutes working this all out.

Our admission was at 10 am, and we were supposed to get our tickets from Doooing rep waiting for us outside the gallery with a blue flag. He showed up late when all were panicking about having no tickets. Rep was not friendly either when he showed up. I am not using Doooing or viator easily for future bookings. The museum itself was excellent.

The tickets were supposed to arrive by e-mail the afternoon before our visit. When they did not come, we called. Oh, we haven’t sent them yet. If you don’t get them, text us in the morning. No tickets. Up earlier than necessary to text. Twice. No answer. We had to get our concierge to call to get the tickets and audio download info. Not acceptable service.

The ticketing process was very easy. The man met us outside the entrance, was easy to recognize with signage, and was very kind. The museum tickets were sold out, so I am very glad we booked in advance. I would definitely recommend this service/excursion. Well worth it!

Not a good experience! Paid for the downloadable audio guide. Didn't work for two out of three of us. Wasted time in the museum trying to figure it out and had to read the narrative rather than listen to audio. Wouldn't download. Frustrating.

Description stated Audio Tour would be available night prior to Tour. It was not. At the Borghese Gallery I had to look for representative & download their App with no Wi-Fi. Rep did allow me to use his Hotspot, but it took time that I would have preferred to be in line or museum. Inside Gallery, I found Audio Tour difficult to follow, luckily I had a Travel Book (thank you Rick Steves!) that helped me.
My past Tours with Viator have been great, but this was disappointing.

The Borghese museum was a must see. Situated in a beautiful place. The only downside of the audio tour was that the room numbers did not correspond with the numbers on the audio. The works of art were incredible!

Are you kidding me? We pay 6 tickets to villa Borghese account 234 euros for nothing, they were not valid to villa's Borghese counter .

Dear customer, we are sad to hear these words. Our staff remained outside the Borghese Gallery waiting for you, but you arrived 40 minutes late compared to the meeting point. For this reason your voucher was not accepted. As explained on the activity page, latecomers will lose their tickets and it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

Beautiful art and grounds, however it should be stated that there are many flights of circular stairs which are difficult to climb if you're over 35, overweight or have any medical issues. Also, go early. After 11 am it gets uncomfortably
crowded.

We were able to walk right in and obtain our audio device to begin our tour. The employees were very helpful and answered all our questions especially when we asked for directions upon leaving. What a beautiful gallery and we enjoyed our visit!

Étage 1 fermé pour travaux. Prix total acquitté pour une visite tronquée sans aucune information à la réservation. Certes des sculptures au rdc exceptionnelles. Mais 68 € sans audio guides en français….

Experience avec Viator horrible. Organisation inacceptable. Un autre guide d une autre société a dû nous aider pour récupérer un numéro de ticket d entrée au musée.
