Museum Amazing! Ticket and host disappointing!

Another way over priced ticket for what you get. “Host” hands you a ticket and a QR code for audio guide. Audio guide does not even walk you through the museum. It picks a few things out to talk about but doesn’t “guide” you.

Our listing does not state that a host or guide accompanies visitors through the museum. Regarding the audio guide, we provide the official Borghese Gallery audio guide, which includes information about selected artworks and highlights within the gallery. As it is an audio guide rather than a live guided tour, it is designed to be used independently and does not provide continuous narration throughout every part of the museum. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to make the inclusions and nature of the experience as clear as possible for our guests.

Loved ! Loved! We went for the statue - Rape of Persophone- and it did not disappoint. I sat inside that hall for over 20 mins, the detail, the feelings, the room decore and history of the statue was amazing. There was other art on the upper floor and the main floor but this was the piece worth going. Go ! It will not disappoint!

Burghese audio tour

The gallery had lots of historical art, yet we were disappointed bc we recieved the audio link 40 mins after our tour began. Also, the borghese app we downloaded was poorly structured. The art wasn’t chronologically organized making it hard to find in the building, although the captions were great. Both gardens also don’t really offer much so we suggest to stay in the building and appreciate the art.

Busy but well controlled. Nice gift shop. Very helpful staff. Sculptures were fantastic. Should have gotten an audio guide. txt guide was good. Wheelchair availability was excellent.
