After completing your reservation, please contact us through your booking platform to arrange your pick-up. Please provide the following information: • Hotel name or accommodation address • Reservation number • Tour date • Tour time We will assign the designated pick-up location closest to your hotel or accommodation. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: The time shown on your voucher is the BOAT DEPARTURE TIME, not your hotel pick-up time. Hotel pick-up usually takes place approximately one hour before the tour departure time. However, the exact pick-up time varies depending on your hotel and assigned pick-up location. Your exact pick-up time and location will be confirmed before your tour. Please carefully check the messages on the website where you made your reservation, as well as your email inbox, Spam/Junk, and Promotions folders. Please arrive at your assigned pick-up location at least 5 minutes early. Our shuttle departs on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals. ⚠️ Pick-up arrangements must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your tour. If we do not receive your pick-up information at least 24 hours before departure, your pick-up service will be automatically canceled, and you will need to check in directly at the harbor. Please note that we do not provide separate confirmation phone calls. All pick-up confirmations and updates are provided by email or through the messaging system of your booking platform. SELF CHECK-IN LOCATION: Blue Ocean Snorkeling 1025 Ala Moana Blvd, Pier D #112 Honolulu, HI 96814 The pick-up location must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. If not confirmed within 24 hours, the pick-up will be automatically canceled, and you will need to come directly to the harbor. The exact pick-up time and location will be provided via email prior to your tour. For smooth operation, please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. At the pick-up location, the driver will call out your name. The vehicle will depart on time without waiting. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
