Pick-up is available only at designated locations within Waikiki. Some hotels have restrictions for tour bus access, so you may be asked to walk to a nearby designated pick-up location. Important Pick-up Notice The pick-up location must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. If not confirmed within 24 hours, the pick-up will be automatically canceled, and you will need to come directly to the harbor. The exact pick-up time and location will be provided via email prior to your tour. For smooth operation, please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. At the pick-up location, the driver will call out your name. The vehicle will depart on time without waiting. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
