Is there a way for us to give 10 stars? This was such an amazing ride. Rick was super chill and professional. We had a great time! The sunset was gorgeous to watch and super relaxing. The perfect way to kick off our vacation! I would strongly recommend for all ages and will be back to see Rick every time we come!

Captain Zach.was awesome. He made sure everything was perfect for my partner and I. I propose to my fiancé on his boat. He made sure we were in the right place at the right time for pictures. Captain Zach was very professional. I will definitely recommend Captain Zach to my family and friends.

Despite the promising...

Despite the promising picture and positive reviews on your website, the actual experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival at the port at 18:15, my companions and I struggled to locate the boat as no one was present to assist us. After reaching out to your customer service for help, we eventually found the boat, only to discover a stark contrast between the advertised vessel and the actual fishing boat we were greeted with. To add to our disappointment, the captain of the boat appeared disinterested and unprofessional, as he was preoccupied with personal matters, including having dinner with his girlfriend on board. Moreover, the safety measures aboard the boat were inadequate, with insufficient life jackets for the number of passengers and a general lack of hygiene, as evidenced by the strong smell of fish permeating the vessel. Furthermore, the captain's reckless behavior, particularly his use of his feet to operate the boat, left us feeling unsafe throughout the journey. Not only did this compromise our safety, but it also tarnished the overall experience of what was meant to be a relaxing sunset cruise. I trust that as a reputable platform, you take customer feedback seriously and strive to uphold a certain standard of service quality among your listed operators. Therefore, I urge you to investigate this matter promptly, take appropriate action against the operator in question, and process a full refund of the amount paid for this substandard service.

Private Sunset cruise - just my mom and me!

I booked this private cruise for my elderly mother and me. The captain was very attentive, helping my mother on and off the boat, and kept us in calm waters. My mother was so happy to be able to see Waikiki and the sunset from a boat, and I enjoyed the the intimacy of having the boat and attention of the captain to ourselves.

Captain was great! Showed us all the sites, boat was good and the sunset was unbelievable. The time we spent on the water was just so good and they provide coolers for your BYO items we wanted. Definitely nice to be private and not with strangers as you enjoy the sunset.

Arrived and was greated by the captain and crew and we immediately went out on the water. Sunset and view was amazing. Would suggest to everyone that is looking for a romantic and peaceful time outside of the normal Waikiki.

Good ride to see the sunset and city at night. Even got to throw a couple rods in and caught an unexpected fish. If you're looking for a romantic trip, it is a fishing boat- we didn't mind for a quick trip. The your guide was great- even got us dinner reservations.

Awful. We did not board. The boat was a fishing boat. We were dressed in linen for a more upscale cruise. The boat pulled up and had literally come in from fishing.

We are sorry you decided to not join us, the charter is through Honolulu Charter Fishing and pictures of the boat are posted in images on the booking site. We have many guests get engaged on our boat as well as we have had a small private marriage on the boat. Many guests say this is the highlight of there trip.
