    It was a great experience. Even though the tour was geared towards a Korean group of travelers, the ship's Captain and crew made sure that we were well informed of what was going on around us while making sure that our needs were met. The crew made sure that all of the participants were ready for the adventure of looking at the fish and turtles in the area.

    Absolutely loved our turtle snorkeling experience! 🐢🌊 The captain and crew were all so kind, attentive, and helpful. They even helped us take photos and videos of the turtles, which made the experience even more special! They also prepared a floating board with wine, as well as paddleboards and kayaks for us to enjoy. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we had such a wonderful time. They speak both English and Korean, so I highly recommend this experience to both Korean and English-speaking guests. We had an amazing time and would definitely do it again! 💙

    Be care if you are expecting an English speaking tour

    This tour was in Korean. When we arrived at the pier, no instructions were given in English and we just followed the crowd. Once on board, we were asked to sit at the front of the boat, separate from everyone else. We were given safety instructions in English and the crew did speak English, unfortunately all the other interaction was in Korean. In the water, everything was shouted in Korean so we had no idea what we were suppose to be looking for/at. We were never once contacted to be told the tour would be in Korean and we would be the only Americans/English speaking guests on the tour. On a plus side, we did see turtles and even a momma and baby humpback whale playing. I just feel deceived because with the tour being in Hawaii, I expected the tour to be in English unless otherwise stated. This could be a very good tour.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the language of the tour. While our crew members speak English and provide all safety instructions in English, this particular tour had a majority of Korean-speaking guests. We understand that this may have affected your overall experience, especially during the in-water portion of the tour.     It was a great experience.     The tour guide so nice and also the food and drinks.. everything is prepared and we can see the turtles and fishes and after that watching sunset together…gotta try again for sure

    Having Daisy was like having our very own mermaid! We saw a lot of turtles and tons of fish! We swam a good distance, too! There were a few other boats with snorkelers in the area, but not overwhelming at all. It was AMAZING!
