It was very good experience. We saw the sunset and it was beautiful. i’m recommended to all the visitor to visit and enjoy vacation. The beautiful weather the sunset. It was good. It was fine.

As with any boating experience, wear garments that will dry. Expect to get wet in some type of way and have fun. They provided a light snack and drinks. You stop to feed the fish.

I recently took the Waikiki Sunset Boat Cruise, and overall it was an okay experience. The boat was clean, and the cruise itself was pleasant, but there are several areas that could be improved.
The biggest issue was finding the departure location. The boat is located among many other boats in the marina, and there were no clear signs or directions. It was surprisingly difficult to find, which created unnecessary stress before the cruise even began.
Another disappointment was the lack of narration from the crew. The two crew members spent much of the cruise chatting with each other instead of interacting with the passengers. As a visitor to Oahu, I was hoping to learn about the landmarks, coastline, and points of interest we passed along the way. Aside from driving the boat, there was very little information shared during the 1½- to 2-hour cruise.
A sunset cruise should be more than just a boat ride. Tour guides should help visitors appreciate the history, scenery, and iconic locations they are seeing. Providing informative commentary and better customer engagement would make the experience much more memorable.
I would also strongly recommend adding clear signs at the marina so guests can easily locate the boat. With better directions and more informative, attentive service from the crew, this cruise could be a much better experience.

Regarding our location, we must follow strict harbor guidelines to remain compliant. We have a large sign on the side of our restock trailer right outside the pier. Searching our company name, "Charter Oahu," in Google Maps or Apple Maps will guide you directly to our meeting point at Pier B. We encourage anyone who is lost to call us, as we are more than happy to help you find us.
We do not use scripts for our crew. Instead, we encourage organic conversations so they can share information about the island, answer questions, and offer recommendations for each group. Our crew generally receives excellent reviews, and I am very sorry you did not enjoy your time with them. We will look into which team members worked that evening and address this.

The sunset cruise was great. We saw so many rainbows and a turtle. The captain had great jokes and made sure we got great photos. Zoey was super kind and helpful.

Our Sunset cruise was a highlight of our Hawaiian holiday.
Alex & Sophia were really professional and friendly, ensuring all on-board had an enjoyable time.
We took a leisurely cruise along the coastline, offered sodas, crisps & plenty of photo ops.
It was a beautiful evening and we were fortunate with the weather.
Definitely exceptional value for money.

We lived the experience. So much time for photos with the diamond head and the sunset along with snacks and beverages.

For non tipping culture traveler like us, make sure you have cash on you to tip them, they accept venmo but for travelers it’s tricky to create an account. Me and my friend didn’t have cash on us, so sorry to the wonder staff;(

Price is a good deal and goes further along coast than Hilton 1hr boat for same amount, However seemed awkward in captain not doing any narration or greeting over intercom whole ride, Not clear on route or points of interest, Snacks advertised were hidden away in lower deck until it was offered over half into ride which was also odd, Music was played instead and super loud to cover for silence of captain and crew also a bit strange

This was the best sunset cruise. Small groups and comfortable. The team of young women, Lex and Grace, were so awesome. They were kind and helpful. We probably saw the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen. Absolutely worth it!

This was a fun, short boat ride to see the Waikiki skyline and the sunset. It is a small boat so there weren’t crowds of people and the crew was warm and friendly.

Aleiah and Captain Mary gave a very great cruise. I would recommend this sunset cruise. Aleiah took all the pictures you want and did many poses. Snack and drinks were included. Very fun would do again.

My husband I totally enjoy the boat ride, he's not fond of a lot of water, but supported me on this.

Despite our best effort we didn’t get to go on the cruise due to traffic gridlock. The operators were so generous in holding the boat for 15 min, but road traffic was at a standstill. Our complaint is with Viator, which advertised any time cancellation but has not responded to our request.

Relaxed and enjoyable experience- great scenery and sunset views. And we saw a seal! Perfect views of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach. Crew was willing to maneuver the boat for everyone to get their photo ops.
