You have to do it

Absolutely amazing experience!! I felt safe the whole time. There’s a 15-20 minute ride out on a boat and then you get to snorkel around the sharks for about 30 minutes. Photos are included which is an added bonus! No one would believe we did this without proof haha. Would absolutely recommend.

Best Experience Ever!

I came to Honolulu just for the weekend. I decided to book this tour to swim with the dolphins. Not only did the crew make me feel welcome, they treated me like family. The dolphin experience was magical to say the least the fact that you can swim right next to Wild dolphins is exhilarating! This is definitely a must do tour specifically with Indigo Ocean Hawaii tour.

Great experience for first time snorkelers!

Captain Sam and Maciel did such an amazing job for our snorkeling turtle tour. My 7-year-old twins enjoyed their first time snorkeling ever! We appreciated the chill and humorous vibes that didn't overshadow safety measures. We all felt very safe and well taken cared of. We learned a lot about Oahu's wildlife. Sailing next to dolphins, swimming next to turtles, fish, and touching sea urchin has definitely become a core memory for our group. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you so much!

Super fun with great hosts! Will be back next time I'm in Hawaii!

While we didn't see any whales (it was late in the season, so I knew it would be a risk) we still had a lot of fun! The captain and workers (I'm sorry I forgot their names) were really funny. They made jokes, sang parody songs about whales, and even got other people on the boat to get out of their comfort zone and make "whale noises" into the microphone. So even though we didn't see the whales, it was still worth every penny and I plan on taking advantage of their guarantee to get a free ride in the future to see the whales, even if it is another 10 years before I make it back to Hawaii! 10 out of 10, 100%, A+! Highly recommend!

One of the Best Excursions in Oahu – Highly Recommend Ocean Joy!

We booked the Luxury Snorkel Cruise with whale and dolphin watching through Ocean Joy (via Viator), and it was one of the best experiences of our Oahu trip. Everything was smooth and well organized—easy check-in and an on-time departure. The crew (Captain Garret, Jacob, Jacob, and photographer Adam) were fantastic—professional, fun, and made the whole trip memorable. Highly recommend this snorkel cruise if you’re staying in Oahu, especially in the Ko Olina area. A must-do excursion!

Sunset whale watching is a fun experience.

It was a great experience to cruise a long the coastline looking at the city and Diamond Head with beautiful sunset. We saw a few whales sightings and dolphins. Staff were very knowledgeable on whale migration. Great service and friendly talks of staff made the sailing so joyful. We loved the sailing.

Excellent tour, super...

Excellent tour, super fun, perfect Zodiac-style boat to best see and experience the whales and other lovely creatures. Crew is knowledgeable, but not overly chatty so you can just enjoy the experience. Kevin, the owner/ operator, has been doing this for years and grew up in the area. The crew was chill, the boat was perfect, we took turns riding on top in the "Captain's Chairs", and they were so safe and helpful getting us up and down the sling steps. They appear to love what they're doing! Anyway, I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that I got on the very next tour after the original booked experience returned to the marina! Almost 4 hours out with Icean Outfitters, loved every minute. We saw so many humpbacks, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone could see everything. We also saw Galapagos sharks and large schools of smaller fish. Such an experience! Take a light jacket, sunscreen, a hat that won't fly away in the wind and a bottle of water.
