Meet at Pink Sails Waikiki on Holomoana Street at least 30 minutes before departure to check in and get fitted with snorkeling equipment.
The catamaran heads out from the harbor into the waters off Waikiki toward Turtle Canyon—a shallow reef area where Hawaiian green sea turtles congregate regularly. The captain covers sea turtle behavior and Hawaiian marine life during the ride out, giving useful context before you get in the water.
Once at the canyon, you can swim or snorkel while crew members guide the group and point out turtles below. No prior snorkeling experience is needed, though basic swimming ability is required.
The tour runs for about two hours in total, with roughly 90 minutes at the snorkel site before the catamaran returns to Pink Sails Waikiki.

I highly recommend this experience. The captains Mo and Ryan were amazing and Jaylen was an excellent snorkel guide! They were all extremely knowledgeable and would point out any animal they saw in the water for us.

Pink sails snorkel tour was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided snorkel gear for the whole family including my 5 year daughter who didn’t end up getting in the water but it was nice that she had the option to. Views from the boat were amazing. We even were able to see 3 turtles from the boat.

This was a great tour! Captain Jaime and his crew Alex and Jaylin were fun and knowledgeable. It was the perfect amount of time out on the ocean and we saw several turtle and countless fish! Now there are other boats in the same area also snorkeling but it didn’t feel crowded.

A great experience enjoyed by all. Captain Jamie did a great job of captaining the trip and Xavier and jaylen did a wonderful job navigating us all through the canyon to see the turtles in all their glory. AMAZING!!!

The staff- Alexio, Alex, Keanu were great at explaining and helping out getting in and around the water. It was a short ride to the spot. There were other boats around as well. So we saw lots of people in water snorkeling. 8 am was a good start time as the current was slow and no big waves.
We saw a lot of fish and turtles. I wd highly recommend to practise snorkeling at the shore or in a pool before you try this tour. Keanu was in water with us and watched out for us. I swallowed a lot of sea water and wanted to head out early and he helped me swim back to the boat.
Also take a motion sickness medication if you tend to get sick in sea.

This tour was super fun! I booked this tour solo and didn't know what to expect. I met some super cool and fun people (solo travelers and families) and had the best time! The captain Jamie, his crew Xavier and Jaden were super awesome! We were given instructions on how to properly use the snorkel equipment, what to do and what not to do. The crew made me feel very safe and secure while on board and in the water. We spotted and swam with multiple turtles and so many beautiful fish! On board was a total vibe, they played some good music, and have drinks on order! You can also jump off the boat or chill on the sun tanning area when you're not snorkeling. I highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing time on the turtle snorkel tour! This was one of the highlights of our Hawaii vacation. The crew was friendly, organized, and made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we checked in.
The boat ride was beautiful, and we were fortunate enough to see several sea turtles while snorkeling. The staff did a great job explaining everything and helping guests feel safe in the water. My 14-year-old daughter had an incredible experience and hasn’t stopped talking about it.
The equipment was in good condition, the crew was attentive, and the entire experience felt well run from start to finish. The views of Waikiki from the water were an added bonus.
If you’re visiting Oahu and want a memorable experience, I highly recommend this tour. Seeing turtles in their natural habitat was absolutely worth it, and we made some wonderful memories together.

Boat ride was nice. Staff was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. As far as the snorkeling experience.. the water was not clear so did not see any turtles. My biggest complaint was there were too many people. I could not swim properly without kicking someone or getting kicked myself. Perhaps less people would make a better experience for everyone.

Everything met pur expectations. A great value and good way to spend the afternoon. We couldn't see well but that was mostly due to the clouds and current. We saw three turtles and lots of fish. Staff was humorous and attentive.
