What an amazing experience! Fumio is truly a gem—so sweet, patient, and fun. She went into the water with us and guided us to all the best spots, making everything feel easy and enjoyable whether you’re a beginner or experienced. She even took wonderful videos and photos, including underwater shots, which made the whole tour extra special. Honestly, I think she’s the best guide you can find on the island! Just to be clear, I’m not connected to her in any way—this is simply my honest opinion. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

1.5 hrs of snorkeling paradise. Lots of fish, not as many people in the am. Oue guide was awesome!! So helpful and kind.

The guide simply swam on her own near us and never checked in with us, too busy taking photos. Didn't guide us at all or tell us about the fish. This was distressing given high current and audible announcements from lifeguards to be careful. The guide did not seem to notice, care, or advise us of the conditions. Additionally, my partner was unable to participate due to injury and the guide said no refunds and completely ignored my partner who simply sat on the beach the whole time.

Safety is always our highest priority, and I continuously monitor guests while also taking complimentary photos included with the tour. However, we understand that you expected more guidance and interaction in the water, and are very sorry you felt like there wasn't adequate guidance.
While we do not offer refunds, we do make exceptions on cancellations due to injury as we understand these things are out of your control.
We appreciate your feedback and will use them to improve communication and guest support during future tours.

This was an excellent time. Beautiful location and best guide ever. Fumio made sure we were safe and she brought us to locations to make sure we were seeing the sea life and even found a turtle for us to see. We had a lovely time in a beautiful location. Enjoyed some time just sitting on the beach as well.

It is absolutely amazing! Famio, our guide, was very patient. She knew just where to take us to see a beautiful sea turtle and the most colorful sea life. She took many pictures as snorkeled for us to keep. We even got to watch a monk sea sleeping. Great experience!! Worth it!! Hanauma Bay is gorgeous beyond words or pictures!!

This is in Hawaii, but this has to be one of the top 10. The sea life was so vibrant, and our guide knew all the right places to take us. Even if you don’t wanna snorkel, just sitting on the beach and watching the colors change in this beautiful Bay is an experience. Our guide.Fumio was very knowledgeable, patient, and very well equipped. I would ask for her by name.

Our tour guide was great and it was just us so it was very personalized. We did feel sad it’s a coral dessert and seeing people step or lay on top of the coral reef. Made me sad to be part of what is destroying this beautiful bay. Also don’t expect to see turtles.

This was the most beautiful place I think I’ve ever seen in real life. The fish were super cool and pretty. Our guide was very sweet and helpful. She instructed us in using the equipment and led us to see the best areas. She even took amazing pictures with her go pro camera & gave them to us. Really an amazing experience.

We stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki, and since they don't allow non-permit pickups, we met at the Hokulani Hotel just a short walk away. Fumio was punctual, professional, and very patient while explaining how to use the snorkeling gear. Instead of a traditional locker, she provided a locker box that she brought down to the shore. Fumio guided us to the best spots for fish and took great photos of our group. We spent over 1.5 hours in the water and were offered free bottled water afterward. Overall, it was a great trip!

I know that there is an option for you guys to go to this bay by yourself, and that is also OK, however, having a guide taking care of the reservation and guiding you on the areas where you can see more corals and fishes is what this to bring to the table Romeo is the best she did everything all we had to do is to show up

Booking and organizing everything yourself can be quite complex, but Ms. Fumio handled it all seamlessly. arrived right on time, was incredibly patient, and took excellent care of our family—including the children—ensuring that everyone was able to fully participate in the activities. Awesome stress free experience thanks to Fumio, she handled EVERYTHING, from an on time collection to offering a rash vest to two of our group, knowledge of the area and best approach into the bay, when we entered the water she guided the kids around like they were her own, very informative and caring, Fumio gets a 10/10 from our family

Fumio was great and very patient with the family. 8 year old experienced snorkeling the first time, and couldn't stop talking about the experience. Rest of us were novices too, and she made the experience memorable.

Fumio was amazing and knows how to find all the large schools of fish, octopus, and eels. Bring a GoPro camera to capture more video, relax, and have fun — it was an amazing experience!!
