Failure to inform us of your pickup location before the 24-hour deadline means you will not be picked up and your tour/activity is non-refundable. Be early at least 5 - 10 minutes and meet your driver at your selected location from the designated list. If you're running late, please give us a call immediately. After the 3 zip-lines you will have an approximate one hour wait before returning to Waikiki on the transportation

- All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
- Check is 15 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
- Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)
- This activity is open to participants aged 6 and up. Non-participants or spectators are welcome to watch the activity free of charge. Transportation fee still applies for aged 6 and up regardless of participation.
- All activity participants are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, and need to be of average mobility.
- Participants with long hair must secure hair back with a hair tie or similar accessory.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 11 travelers

This was one of the best experiences I had in Hawaii. As someone who as zipped lined before this was definitely a step up from the what I’m use to but in the best way! Each tower down seemed to give faster and faster making the whole experience more exciting because you don’t know what’s going to be coming around the corner next!!!! the real highlight of this experience were guides Bri and Sky. These two were definitely the best guides I’ve ever had; really friendly, really funny and made the whole experience ecstatic and memorable! I definitely give this experience a 10/10!

A little cardo means 3 flights of stairs. The guide that was quite nice to my wife and always called her sister was a delight. I was able to conquer my fear of heights.
I want to start off by saying the staff were super nice and fun. We got the 3 zip line package and I just thought for the price the zip lines would be more impressive. I would recommend it for teenagers.
So much fun, the guides are very funny and fun. Ziplining is the thing to do! I enjoyed every moment
We had an awesome time with Holly and Sierra. They were energetic, witty and lively. We will definitely be back.
It was fun tour guides were nice ...and now I'm hungry trying to use up extra characters so I can send the review lol
Brit and Jay were fantastic guides and brought a ton of fun energy (and music!), and my daughter and I had a great time on some great zip lines. We originally signed up for three lines but decided to do all six.
The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that it was not clearly explained that, after the one-hour session, there is about an hour wait before the return ride. Rather than wait around, we chose to sign up for the additional three lines, which worked out well for us. However, others in our group had to wait for more than an hour for their ride back. Overall, the experience took over four hours. We were picked up at 8:45 a.m., the activity ran from 10:00 a.m. to noon, and the return ride was another 45+ minutes. So if you are looking for a quick 1-hour activity, please be mindful of this before booking.

Me and my wife was both a little uneasy going on it due to it being our first time zip lining but we’re so glad we did. Our tour guides was excellent and preached safety from the beginning to end and made us both feel safe. Would definitely recommend doing it again and a longer zip line.

Sarah and Celeste were awesome. Very personable and fun. Pretty expensive for a 3 lines, but we are in paradise.
Celeste and Malikai were GREAT! Fun experience with great views. Definitely recommend! They were both patient and fun!
Great staff, fun experience. Glad we did the early 6 line because it got hot quickly. The pictures provided were great and the staff made it a very fun memory. Highly recommend.
