My family and I spent the entire day enjoying Waimea Vallet. We spent 4.5 hrs enjoying the Botanical gardens and the waterfall. The Luau was family friendly and so much fun! There were a variety of pre-luau activities.. The staff was very hospitable, and the food was yummy! The MC was engaging and provided wonderful cultural information. Finally, the entertainment was top tier. We all had a perfect day!

This is our second time at the Toa Luau and it’s amazing. Beautiful location, very friendly staff, great activities, tasty food. The show is second to none, such beautiful costumes, graceful dancing. The energy of the male dancers was unmatched. Fantastic performances.

Locals and beautiful experience.

Karla_N, Jun 2026
One of the most beautiful luau’s I have ever been to. They had culture activities and you got to learn about the Polynesians. In the north shore with the real locals. Lived it.

Best Luau Ever!!!

TOA Luau was the best of the best! Above and beyond service. Fabulous food and entertainment. Received a real flower lei. TOA is all you could want and more. Family friendly.

The Toa Luau was a great experience. They had fun activities to show how the Hawaiians lived and/or made food. The show & food were fantastic. Also a plus, it included admission to the botanical gardens so we could go swimming in the falls.

I love the Staff here! They work very hard. They put on a great show but also make sure everyone is comfortable. The activities are fun. The bar line moves quickly and the drinks are great. The performers are passionate and sincere about what they are doing.

Amazing luau- must see for any trip to Oahu!

Amanda_L, Jun 2026
The show was absolutely amazing, the food fantastic. We had a large group with kids from 2.5 to 11 and everyone loved the show!! Was most of our groups first trip to Hawai’i and this was definitely a must do!!

Becs_H, Jun 2026
We don’t often sign up for tourist experiences when we travel, so we were very happy with how authentic, enjoyable and full of value the luau was. Highly recommend - the performers are delightful and clearly love what they do tasty food, gorgeous location and more entertainment than you expect! Very Hawaiian. Doesn’t feel corporate - you can tell it’s run by locals who care.

Very entertaining and interactive luau in the beautiful Waimea Valley.

Anna_B, Jun 2026
Everyone was great, from the MC and dancers down to the bartenders. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The interactive activities were fun and educational. Definitely recommend.

Luau check to see if everything is open before you go

dale_s, Jun 2026
This was my wedding party dinner. We wanted to explore the trails, the waterfall and other things that the place had to offer besides the luau when we got there early to do these things are not able to due to the fact that some millionaire rented out that whole area which we were not even told for that day, the staff mentioned may be a partial refund, but that never happened and also the staff mentioned they did not find out until 3 PM that day not only that got sick while being there couldn’t even watch luau and as it being our rehearsal dinner, it pretty much was destroyed one other thing I might mention it’s not worth to buy the VIP seats. That is a waste of money.

Great show, Felt like a part of family Ohana. Informative and explains the culture and traditions the show took us to different islands of Polynesia

Loved It!!

William_O, Jun 2026
A magnificent representation of all the Hawaiian cultures and heritage consolidated in a 3 hour meet, greet and show that will truly entertain and teach you the make up of Hawaiian culture. In addition to the show you can visit Waimea falls and botanical gardens. Five stars for sure!!

Great event for the evening

DANIEL_E, Jun 2026
This event was entertaining, educational, and informative. The food was delicious, drinks both alcoholic and non were good. Staff was polite courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend.

Shocked

Kathryn_M, Jun 2026
We enjoyed the cultural aspect of the luau. The host was one of the best I have ever encountered at a luau. The weaving of the crown activity staff was not engaging. It would have been helpful for them to help start the process with individuals who were struggling instead of showing them and walking away when asking for assistance. Two wardrobe malfunctions. One miscolored shorts and the other one of male performers did not wear a necklace while the rest of the group wore necklaces. The food was the worst I have experienced at a luau. The Kailua pork was the saltiest I have ever had and the chicken thighs were overcooked and dry. In this day and age a flamboyant performer should be an adult only performance.

A must do in Oahu

Melanie_A, Jun 2026
This was an awesome experience! The fire dancing is Fire! They were very generous with food portions. The area where it is located is beautiful. It felt very inviting. The mc was entertaining.

Great Luau

Brittany_M, Jun 2026
My family had a great time. I was worried the kids would lose interest as soon as dinner was over and dancing began but that was their absolute favorite. Kids ages: 7,9,11.

Amazing 1000000 stars

Brittany_E, Jun 2026
This is an absolutely energetic entertainment experience. The performers and mc are incredible. Our family aren’t the touristy crowds type - and we don’t typically watch shows either. But this is in a class of its own. Bravo to the entire staff and employees. You all are absolutely brilliant.

Loved supporting this family

Kirsti_S, Jun 2026
This was such a great family friendly and family operated event. It was a bit of a drive and I didn’t realize we had access to the botanical gardens and waterfall beforehand or I would’ve taken advantage of it. There were activities to participate in beforehand and they taught you a lot about the culture. The food and drinks were amazing and the MC was hilarious. It was such a fun experience and my favorite thing we did on Oahu. We were recognized for celebrating our anniversary and given a special keepsake to take home with us.

The BEST Luau Experience!

Pam_M, Jun 2026
This is THE paramount Luau in O’ahu! Authentic! Family! Delicious food! Fabulous entertainment! Such a wonderful evening experiencing the heart of Hawaiian culture! Truly a one of a kind evening! Loved every minute!

was a total 10/10. Food was great and a very generous portion. Great cast and crew. Definitely the way to go if you are looking to support a family/local owned business

Wow! Just wow

Elizabeth_D, Jun 2026
This event was everything I could have hoped for. I came with my adult daughter and 2 teens everyone was captivated by the performances. The kids participated in the cooking mini class, peeling Taro and Apple bananas. We did some crafts and watched how they cook using underground and above ground cooking techniques. Then dinner, the food was amazing very tasty, our drinks were delicious and the staff was super friendly. Once the performers started the whole place lit up with excitement. Beautiful storytelling

The people were truly warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and a lot of it. The show had all the dancers and fire knife spinners. It was the complete package. We loved it

First timers on Island!!!

Carlos_C, Jun 2026
From the moment you arrive, the staff greet you like family. There’s no rushed, commercial vibe here; everything feels intentional and rooted in tradition. First timers especially will appreciate how the hosts explain each part of the evening so you understand the meaning behind what you’re seeing.

Great experience!

Brianna_S, Jun 2026
Everything about this was so much fun! The food was superb, the drinks were delicious and the hospitality was top notch!

Great food and entertainment

LaShonda_W, Jun 2026
Don't miss the Waimea Falls. Try to plan before or after Luau. We missed the falls and botanical gardens because they closed before the end of our Luau.

They Earn Their Best Available Title

Melvin_T, Jun 2026
Dinner is very good, while their show earns the best ratings. The location is a haul from Waikiki, but worth the visit. The best Luau I have experienced.

Must See Experience

Rusty_R, Jun 2026
Excellent show, great food and such nice people. Performance was spectacular! Loved the games and cooking demos.
