Well worth it. Amazing show and food. Activities were fun and the staff were amazing . Really brought the Hawaiian experience and culture together.

Great dinner and show! The food was delicious and the show was extremely entertaining. We went on a rainy night and were impressed that they were able to move everything inside and nothing was missed!
Amber_B, Apr 2026
The food was delicious but unfortunately the spot that the dancer use is not elevated and you cannot see them unless you are sitting in the front or standing in the back.
Milinda_S, Apr 2026
It was good and lawn was well maintained. The one female dancer had incredible hula dancing. The fire dancers and the fireworks at the end were good. The food was okay for buffet food. You had to stand in line for them to make a fresh wrist leis. No neck leis. It was overall good, organized well, and a typical luau. Just enjoy it for a tourism luau experience. I would recommend if you haven’t been to a luau.

Since the event was moved inside, it felt more like a conference. Performances were great, but not sure the premium seating tickets were worth the cost.
Lilit_D, Apr 2026
Show only audience was seated at the very end of the space with no visibility of the stage
Horrible experience

Paying for the Premier seating is worth it. You have a much better view of the show. Come hungry! There is a ton of food and desserts! Each person gets two drink tickets. If you don't use all your tickets for beverages during supper, use them to get cans of soda from the bar to bring back to your room. Don't leave them unused! You paid for them😊

Fun. Entertaining. Good food. Nice way to celebrate the Hawaian culture. Thank you for the experience.
Russell_K, Apr 2026
The whole experience was very entertaining, great location, more food than you could ever eat, and delicious. The MC tells a great story of the Polynesian history to the Hawaiian people and the dancers act it all out. For a brief moment you are connected to a long and proud history.

We were a party of 10 with basic tickets and chose not to include the dinner option. From our assigned seats, the view was extremely limited and we could barely see the show.
While we did catch brief moments and could tell the performers worked very hard, the overall experience was disappointing due to the obstructed view. We understand we didn’t purchase VIP tickets, but any ticket sold should still offer a reasonable view of the performance. Seats with little to no visibility should not be sold.

I would have given 5 stars but the guy giving drink tickets didn’t notice we had Premier Diamond seating on my reservations and that we were in the wrong line. When we got closer, we noticed that there was a different line for Diamond Premier. When I asked if there was a different line for Diamond tickets, she looked at my yellow drink tickets we had been given and said, You not Diamond Premier. So I showed her my booking ticket and the guy who gave me the yellow tickets said, What is your name? He looked me up on his I-pad and said you are already checked in and I said yes and you gave me yellow tickets instead of lavender tickets. Then he apologized and said our seats at the front table are still available and took us there. So, please know if you have Diamond Premier tickets to go to the entrance to see which line you should be in.
Otherwise the entertainment was excellent and the food was delicious and plentiful served buffet style. We enjoyed this luau.

Worst luau I have ever been to. First of all we paid extra for the Diamond level. There was no direction of where the Diamond level checks in so we were standing in the wrong line. When we figured that out and switched lines we arrived there were no tables left in that section so they pulled a table off to the side and put us there. They acted like they didn’t care. Don’t waste your money.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Aloha,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. There should have been clearer direction at check-in, and your seating should have been ready when you arrived.
Please reach out to our luau team directly by email or phone with your booking information so we can look into what happened and see how we can help make this right.
Mahalo for sharing your feedback.

Arrive early to get the best seats. Food, drinks and show were fantastic. We highly recommend this luau. We had a really great time.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re happy you had such a great time and truly appreciate the recommendation.
Susan_P, Mar 2026
Was moved inside because of so much rain the week we were there. Should have cancelled all activities because of the amount of rain O’ahu got the week we were there!!
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry that the heavy rain during your visit affected your experience. Weather in Oʻahu can be unpredictable, and while we always do our best to adjust plans for guest safety and comfort, such as moving activities indoors, we understand how disappointing it can be when the weather impacts your trip.
Your comments are valuable, and we’ll use them to continue improving how we communicate and manage weather‑related changes. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future when the island can show you its best.

Nice experience
Fish was overcooked
Only one area for drinks - missing part of show
Ended before 8PM
No fireworks
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed parts of the experience. We’re sorry the fish was overcooked and that limited drink access caused you to miss part of the show. The early ending and absence of fireworks were due to weather conditions, and we regret the disappointment this caused. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back for a smoother experience.
Angela_D, Mar 2026
Unfortunately for us, the luau was moved indoors, but honestly I don’t think that would have made much of a difference. The show itself felt pretty weak and underwhelming overall.
The food was just okay — nothing memorable — and definitely overpriced for the quality. For what you’re paying, you expect something much better.
It also seemed like a large portion of the audience was attending on complimentary tickets through the Hilton timeshare program. Many guests appeared to be there because they agreed to sit through a sales presentation, which changes the overall vibe quite a bit.
Overall, this experience felt overpriced and not particularly impressive. I’m sure there are definitely better options out there that offer a more authentic and worthwhile experience if you do your homework.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry the luau had to be moved indoors, and we understand that it didn’t help with the overall impression.
We also appreciate your thoughts about the show and the atmosphere.
Your feedback is genuinely helpful, and we’ll be taking it back to the team as we continue to improve the experience.

Due to the rain, the event was brought indoors, with ZERO AMBIANCE. The food and entertainment were very good, but it was not the traditional luau that I was expecting, and for which I paid a very large amount. As compensation for the less than ideal location, the photo packages could have been offered as complementary. As a travel advisor, I will NOT recommend this event of rain is forecast. I would have preferred the option to be able to cancel at the last minute and receive a refund.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the rain required us to move the event indoors and that it didn’t provide the traditional ambiance you were expecting. We’re glad you enjoyed the food and entertainment, but we understand your disappointment with the overall experience.
Since your booking was made through Viator, please reach out to their support team to inquire about any possible compensation, as they manage all payment and refund options when weather forces changes to the event. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope we can welcome you back under better conditions.
Carmelita_V, Mar 2026
indoor luau is not the same ad outdoor luau, They should have just rescheduled it to the next day .
It does not reflect though on the performers as they were good .
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that an indoor luau is not the same as the full outdoor experience, and we’re sorry the weather made that necessary. While rescheduling isn’t always possible due to capacity and scheduling constraints, we appreciate how disappointing the change can be. We’re glad to hear the performers still made a positive impact, and we hope you’ll join us again on a clear evening for the full outdoor ambiance.
Oliver_L, Mar 2026
We had a great time. The food was decent and the entertainment was great. My son is 9, my mom is 76, and I’m somewhere in the middle and we all 3 enjoyed it.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you so much for your review! We’re thrilled to hear that all three generations in your family enjoyed the luau. It’s wonderful that the food and entertainment made it a great time for everyone—from your son to your mom and you in between. We truly appreciate you joining us and hope to welcome you back again soon. 🌺
Chris_L, Mar 2026
Hard to see the show if you are not seated in the first two rows. Bought gold and said we would be in second row. Ended up like 15 seats from state and couldn’t see much other than shoulders and heads of dancers
jackie_t, Mar 2026
We chose not to do the dinner, but just the luau. The time on our ticket read the event started at 6:15 PM when we arrived, we were asked to wait 30 minutes outside with a street view. it wouldn’t be helpful therefore that the correct time for non-diners to arrive. It seemed to me that if the platform for the dancers was raised up by about 3 to 4 feet we would’ve been able to fully see the performers.
Sarah_M, Mar 2026
it says you’re greeted with a flower lei, which is false. I was going to purchase Lays on this trip, but I didn’t due to the fact that we were going to get them at the luau. I would like a $60 refund which would’ve been $30 per lei. absolute false advertisement.
Megan_H, Mar 2026
The actual show was nice. However, this show is out in the open on a lawn that is just roped off. Lots of people from the hotel stood around the ropes and watched the entire show for free. A lot of them had a better view than me. I thought it would take place on the 6th floor of the conference center that would be private. Also, we did not receive the group hula session as advertised. This was not worth the price and I kind of feel like we got scammed.
Alison_P, Mar 2026
I purchased $370.for 2 luau tickets for Sat at Hilton HV. When i got there i was told be the hotel marketing team that there was no show scheduled for Sat at all. I she still refused my refund. So im out $370 on my birthday she didnt give 2 heck. Im so angry and upset my birthday was ruined by Viator deceptive practice of selling tots to no shows. Mary the disconnect me.
Eric_H, Mar 2026
Great show! Excellent musicians, singers and dancers, but the food was quite bland and fairly generic compared to other local options. Either way, it was a great experience.
Greg_C, Feb 2026
Paid 550 for two tickets in the front row of the lawn. When we arrived. They said we were to go on top of the parking garage. So we left. Hoping for my refund
Michele_B, Feb 2026
The luau was moved from the beach to a rooftop. There was no beach luau with pig ceremony. It was terrible! DO NOT GO!
MaryJo_C, Feb 2026
Beautiful area, great food, excellent entertainment , price is right. If you are looking for a fun, Hawaii evening this is it
Tim_B, Feb 2026
We were one of the first ones to get there,
After 30-35 minutes they sent us to the back of the line because no one told us,
We had presidential seats,
Rained a lot…
mimi_B, Feb 2026
