Train toward your AIDA 2 certification on a two-day AIDA 1+2 beginner freediving course in Waikiki, Oahu. Learn breathing and relaxation, equalization, buddy procedures, safety and rescue skills, confined-water techniques, and open-water diving with AIDA Instructor Trainer and underwater photographer Mitch Brown. The certification depth requirement is 12 meters; training may progress to a maximum of 20 meters (65 feet), according to conditions, comfort, and demonstrated ability. Reaching 20 meters is not required or guaranteed. Fins, mask, snorkel, and a weight belt are provided, along with one to two underwater photos. Wetsuits are not included; arrange a rental in advance if needed.
